Little Miss Busy Body is 18mons!!!

Little Penny has reached 18mons!!!! WOW!!! The time flies by!! She is just as busy as can be!!! There is never a dull moment with our Sweet little Penny!!! She keeps us laughing!! She loves performing!!! Loves the center of attention!! She is just the Best!! This month she has started going to Nursery (at church)...she loves going in but when she realizes her mommy and daddy aren't there oh boy is she a sad sad girl!!! Each week we hope it just gets better cause she still is as scared as can be!!! This really Surprises us cause she is so friendly and loves making new friends but how quickly we have realized she is always with us!! She is just getting so BIG!! She is finally getting some more teeth in!! The ones on top!! You probably can see them in these pics!! So dang cute!!! Just loving those new teeth! It's funny how having those new teeth on top can really change her smile and make her look so big!!! She is just the Joy of our Life!! We love you sweet P!!!!

Another year has come gone!!! and our Sweet little Grandma Ence is now 97!!! WOW!! Happy 97th Birthday!!! We had a big celebration up in Santa Clara, UT where she lives and all my family!! Grandma is so Amazing!! What a life to live! She just looked so good and was just so happy!! What a trooper!! We love you Grandma!!! We can't wait for your 98th!!!!

So for the week between Christmas and New Year's we headed out to the Sand dunes!! This was our 1st trip for the season! The rest of my family and friends have been going out since October so we were so happy and excited to get out there!! and boy did we have a blast! It was so good to just relax and hang!!! Penny loved it too! She kept right up with her little cousins! So fun!! She loved her Ryno rides too!! She kept saying "ry...ry..." wanting and hoping someone would take her on a ride! They sure catch on fast! We just truly had a great time!

Merry Christmas everyone!! So here's our Wonderful Fun Christmas in one BIG Nutshell!! It was another fun busy holiday!! To kick off the festivities on Friday Christmas eve eve...We went to my Dad & Janeen's for some yummy dinner and present fun for all the grand kids!!

On Christmas Eve! We headed over to Chad's dad and Vicki's new home!! We sat around and ate...and ate...and ate!! We had a great time talking and lauging!...

Then it was off to Nanny Debbie's!! This a tradition to go to Em's mom's house for some amazing food and of course SANTA!!!! Santa comes every year to get us all ready for Christmas morning!! Penny of course wouldn't go near him!! She Screamed out and it wasn't for JOY!! haha! There's always next year!!!

On Christmas morning!! Boy did SANTA find sweet little Penny!!! He spoiled her rotten!!! She was so Surprised of all her New Toys!! She kept "ooooing and ahhhhing"! She has the cutest personality! She is just the BEST!! As soon as she hit the bottom of the stairs she Skipped right on over to all her new Santa toys and jumped on her new 4 wheeler!!! She was just so excited!! Then hopped off that and jumped in her Babies Play Crib with the Baby next to her saying "nigh...nigh!" So Hilarious!! Then she finally realized the Bubblegum Pink Play Kitchen!! Oh my!! Now on to unwrapping presents! She sure has that down! WOW! They learn fast!! She would "ooooh...ahhhh" every time she got the wrapping paper off! Oh! and I got a new purse and Chad got the new 4s Iphone! So We really had the perfect Christmas!!

Now it was time to head to DeeDee's! It's Tradition to have a huge breakfast! The big hit is the Scones!! YUM!! Then it was present time!! Penny opened all of hers and everyone else's!! We couldn't keep her away!!! She Loves Surprises!!! Don't we all!!!

And to end the Amazing day we met up with all my Family at Ryan and Em's! We ate again! Opened more Presents and finished with watching Old Home Videos on the Beta Machine! (that's how old these family videos are...) It's the best to see mom in them! I think this is why we always watch them on Christmas cause we are all together and wish so much that she could be here with us!! So instead of making new ones we watch old ones of her!!! We love you mom and miss you so much...especially around this time of year!!!
So all in all...it was a Fabulous Christmas Nutshell!!! Another Amazing year came and gone so quick!! Can't wait till next year!!!

Oh my! Oh my! Sweet little Penny is getting so BIG!! She is seriously the Funniest little thing ever!! She just keeps us laughing and smiling everyday!! She is Busy! Busy!! Keeping us on our toes!!! Christmas this year has been so FUN for us!! Penny loves the Lights...the Christmas tree...the Presents...but not Santa!!!! haha! It's the Craziest because..all of you that know this Little Diva...know that she is not shy!!! She is so Friendly! Loves people!! But when it came to Santa...she said no way!!! I'm not sitting up on his lap..in fact I couldn't even get her off me!! She was clinging and screaming to the top of her lungs!!! Crazy!! So here's the funny part!! If you show her a picture of Santa or read her a book with him in it or just even see him in stores! She loves him!! She even says "Anta!" "Anta!" over and over but when we ask her..."do you want to go see Santa and sit on his lap?..." She shakes her head NO!! Oh she's just the Best!!! Love her little personality!!! So animated!! We love Christmas time and just love little Penny!!!! Can't wait till Christmas morning!!!!

On Monday the 12th Eryka's Little Zane turned 2yrs old!! He had a Thomas the Train Birthday Party! He loves loves loves TRAINS!! This is Penny's little bff! They just love each other! They play the Best together!! I just love being with my sister! We love that we have our babies so close together! They will be in the same grade in school too (someday)! Oh so fun!!! Now they just need to move back to Vegas! haha! We love you ZANE!! HAPPY 2nd Birthday!!!

Ps. Yep! I'm pretty sure Penny enjoyed his Birthday Cake more than him!! She wanted to be right down there...in it! So Funny!!

Isn't Thanksgiving just the Best time of Year!! We love the Holiday times! We went to see my Grandma and all my family up in Santa Clara, UT! My Grandma is 96yrs old and boy does she still keep up! Oh! and for some very exciting news my Amazing sister Eryn got excepted to Orthodontic School!! She is off to the University of Oklahoma!!! Go Sooners!! She will graduate from UNLV Dental School in May and then head on out to Oklahoma! She is so the smartest one! We are so Proud of her!! Yeah for Dr. Eryn Ence!

Wow the time really flies! Our sweet little princess is already 16mons!!! She has so much personality! She truly loves life! She just talks up a storm to anything and anyone!! She is just so busy busy!! She definitely keeps us going!! She loves to sing, dance, play dress up, carry her purses, dolls...and the list can go on and on! She is such a girly girl!! and I love it!!!! She says so many words that I can't even believe! It really surprises me how fast they learn and really pick up on things! She will tell you.. She is the "Princess"! Points to herself and everything! (should we be worried...this is a little young...right??? haha!) So all the pics are pics I take through out the month! She loves the camera! When she see me pull it our she starts saying "CHEESE! CHEESE!" and then if I say pose for mommy she knows just what to do! Oh I jut love it and Grandma Penny would just love it too! (you know she was the picture QUEEN) We seriously can't get enough of our Sweet little P! She cracks us up daily! It's the best being mommy and daddy!!

Panaca Fun!!!

Last weekend we headed out of town!! We love getting away for the weekends so we headed to Panaca where Chad's family has a place! It's the best up there! We just relax all weekend long! On the way we came across some snow! This was Penny's first time in it! She wasn't quite sure what to do so she just stood ..frozen in time! She is so FUNNY!! We are just enjoying every moment with our sweet little P!!!

Oh what FUN Happy Halloween we had!! It's so crazy how little kids just know what to do! Speaking about little Penny of course! We got her in her little cupcake costume...she grabbed a Hot Pink glow stick in one hand and her purple pumpkin basket in the other and she was off! Her little legs were just a moving so fast to keep up with her big cousins! She would go right up to the door say "treat" "treat" and then help herself right into these stranger houses! What! She is way to friendly! haha! By the end of our trick or treating she was dragging her bucket on the ground and still holding onto her glow stick in the other hand! So Funny! We just had such a great time! We love it!
Chance (5 1/2yrs old): he was a Scary Zombie

Mav (2 1/2yrs old): he was a Dragon (he kept taking his costume off...so funny!)

Oh my is right! We took our little Penny to the Zoo and Sea World for the very 1st time! Daddy has been working with Penny on all her animal sounds so when it was time to see them...Oh My!! She loved them! She was making all the animal sounds so good! We were so Proud! Penny has also started saying every ones names and it's so sweet to see her little tongue, mouth and lips try to say the names! So busy talking and saying so many words too! If you can believe it her 1st 2 TEETH have finally broke through right down on the bottom!! Wha-hoo! Yeah!! We couldn't be more relieved! She does have TEETH in there!! We are just truly loving life!!!

Another Fabulous month has come and gone!! Little Penny Cakes is 15mons!!!! WOW!! Where's my little baby! She's is such a big girl and she totally thinks she is too!! She is talking up a storm! It's so amazing! She is now putting all her little words to the actual object! I can tell her to get me something (what ever I'm asking for) and she will bring it to me! WOW!! She is like a little sponge! So SMART!! Can you tell we are very PROUD!! :) She really is just so FUN!! Has so much Personality and so Animated with her expressions! I wonder where she gets that from!!! Oh we just love this little Penny Cakes! She lights up our world!!!
P.S. I know you are all wondering....Still NO TEETH!! We are hoping she has some!!! :)

So for Monday Night Family Night we went to a PUMPKIN PATCH!! This was the 1st time for little Penny and both Chad and I! We couldn't believe how many Pumpkins there were! BIG ones...little ones...all different shapes and colors! So FUN!! Penny wasn't so sure of them or the hay but she warmed up a little! (check out some of her faces in these pics) Boy is she animated!!!!! I wonder where she gets that from!!! haha! Well we are just loving the season change and all the FUN Holiday's to come!!! HAPPY HARVEST!!! :)

Our Little Super Star!!!

We have a Little Super Star! On Saturday it was Penny's 1st Pageant! What a Natural! She loved being on stage!! She was waving and saying HI! Blowing big Kisses! Twirling around! Nothing was going to stop her from Performing! It was the best seeing her up there on that big stage!! She didn't want to get off it either!! She competed against 12 other little girls in her division!! and would You believe our little Super Star...Won "Miss Tiny Tot Overall Winner"! Meaning she took 1st place in every category!! Plus to top it all off she got a medal for Personality Plus!! We were so excited for Miss Penny Cakes! She was so happy too! So now we are off to State for Penny to compete there! She is the only one from the competition to go to State and compete against all the other little girls that won overall! We are so PROUD!! State Pageant...Here we come!! Good Luck Sweet Little Penny!!! We LOVE you!
Wow! This totally brings back a ton of memories when me and my sisters used to be in all the pageants growing up! Grandma Penny would be so PROUD!!!

WOW! The months are flying by!! Sweet full of life Penny has turned 14mons!! She is a wild child!! So much personality! She loves people!! Loves her purses, dolly's, baby doll stroller and dressing up with bracelets and necklaces! When she hears music a playing she gets her little body moving! She loves to dance and sing! Just talking up a storm too! She says "oooooh!...Pritt!" for oh pretty! So funny she'll say "brathe" for bracelet! Oh and don't even show her a drink with straw..she'll say "I-th" for ICE over and over until you give her some!! She is just the funniest little thing! She still has all the sass in the world!! It's the best being her mom and dad! We just love her happy little self!!
We are still waiting for TEETH!! We are really hoping she has some in there! haha!

This last weekend we were up in PANACA for the HUGE Bulloch Family Reunion!! This is such a big deal for us! We look forward to this weekend every year! It's just the Best to sit around with family with nothing to do but to talk..talk..talk!! It's just so relaxing! Being with family is truly the BEST!! As you can see we took some beautiful pics with all of Chad's fam! It was so fun to see all of Chad's brothers, wives and of course the sweet nieces and nephews! Chad and his sister are the only ones that live in Vegas so it's always fabulous to see his brothers that live all across the states! We always miss them! and love them very much! Our little Penny Pie is just so FUN! She just turn 1 last wk! and She is on the move...with her feet!!! What? I know our little diva is getting big! So FUN to be ONE!!! 7-21-10 was the Best day of our lives!! We started our Penny Elyse adventure! WOW!!! We can't believe our Sweet P has hit the BIG 1!!! She is more and more coming alive! She has the BEST little personality!! Sassy!!Wild!and bit of BUSY BODY! And we are loving every minute of it!! She is such a Talker! She'll open her books...start talking! Put her baby on her lap...start talking! Pick up her play phone and put by her ear...start talking! In the grocery store...talking to EVERYONE!!! "HI!" "HI!" "HI!" She wants the full attention!! Not shy! Huh?? I wonder wear she gets that from!!!..It must run in the family somewhere!!! haha! She seriously is doing so much and acting way to BIG!!! On her BIRTHDAY she stood right up in the middle of the room and walked 4 STEPS!! We were so excited!! She was too...She started clapping for herself!! So precious!! When you ask her how old she is she puts up both hands with her little pointer finger straight up! We think she's pretty dang smart! We are totally the proudest parents!! We love you Penny Cakes!!!

For her special day we Celebrated with a Hello Kitty BIRTHDAY Swim BBQ!! It's was so fun to share this with all our family and friends!! She had a blast! She loves kids!!! and of course the attention!! When we sang "Happy Birthday" to her she was CLAPPING for us!! So Sweet! and as you can see in the pics she LOVED her HELLO KITTY CAKE!! (our bestie HOLLY made it for her! It was so perfect!)

So for Penny's 1st 4th of July we went down to Newport Beach! On Friday night we took her to her 1st baseball game! We saw the Angels play the Dodgers! Yankees should have been in there somewhere! haha! You all know that's my team! So I didn't care who WON nor do I really know who actually WON!! haha! It was still awesome being in the stadium! On Saturday we took little P to the BEACH!! She loves the sand and the ocean!! It was so cold for me but not for little P!! She is definitely just like her daddy!! We always just have a BLAST! Surprise Happy Birthday ERYN!!! For Eryn's 33rd Birthday all her Dental School Friends planned her a Surprise Party!! It's so hard to surprise that Eryn but they got her GOOD!! She had no idea and was totally SHOCKED!! It was so FUN to get her good!!! WE all had such a great time! We swam, played volleyball, ping pong, ate tons, and laughed all day!! Oh my!! Oh my!!!! Can you say 11mons!!! We can't!! We don't want our Sweet Little P to get any bigger!!! We can't believe how fast the time goes!! She thinks she is such a BIG girl!! She Waves and Says "HI"! So precious! She is standing all by herself but no steps yet!!! But she can crawl like a Super STAR!! She's definitely our little Climber!!! Climbs onto the love sack, into the dishwasher. into the fridge, almost into toilets (I catch her first cause that is just gross!! haha), you name it she can climb it!! She found the stairs and can't get enough of them!! She can ZOOM right up them so FAST but a no go coming down!! She is definitely our WILD DIVA!!! Did I fail to mention she loves bracelets, necklaces, earrings, anything BLINGING!! She is truly our girly girl!! MOMMY LOVES that!! I'm pretty sure she loves her Baby Stroller and all her Babies the most!! MOMMY loves that too!! We love you SWEET PENNY CAKES!!!

This was Penny's 1st Beach Trip! We had so many amazing pics it was so hard to choose from so this is what I narrowed it down too and it's still a ton of pics! We have such a BLAST with little Penny! She loved the sand and everything about it! She was a busy busy girl! She would have went out into the ocean if we let here! No fear! It was also so much fun to be with all my family! My 3 little nephews are just precious! They play so good together! It's so fun watching all of them play together! Little P will get right in there too and play with them thinking she is as big as them! What great memories we are making! Love it!!!

Our Happy! Happy Pretty Girl just turned 10mons old!! We can't believe it! She is getting even more fun the older she gets!! She has got the best little personality ever! Still just loving the camera!! We can't get her to stop talking! (don't know what she's saying but she's telling us big stories and adding in all the facial expressions too! haha) We love it! She just cracks us up! She's a speedy little crawler, pulls herself right up to stand and NOW has been walking along our couch or anything! She loves her BABY STROLLER that she can push while walking! We can't believe how big she's getting! She is just busy, busy and very curious!!
We are so Happy because she finally has grown out of her acid reflux! Whoo-hoo! No more medicine for that! Poor thing! And cross your fingers because she has been doing amazing with her food allergy! We have been able to introduce more soy into her diet and her little body has been excepting it! YEAH!!! We hope by 1yr she should be fully grown out of all her little allergies! We sure hope so!

Penny needs to stop growing! :) I can't believe she is already 9mons!!! The mons are flying by!!! She is on the move!! She has master her crawling skills and the last few days she has been pulling herself up to her knees and just last night she pulled herself to a stand!! WOW!! She's not real balanced at that just yet!! :) She's a mover and a shaker! She won't sit still for nothing!! Tons of energy!! She is just so excited about everything!! SOOOO HAPPY GIRL!!! We love it!! Oh my!!! Pretty Penny is now 8mons!! She's getting a few more Strands of Hair (not much)...sitting up Perfectly...pulling off her BIG Bows (no, no, no, not your business!)...Crawling just a Bit (still trying to figure it out)...thinking she's much BIGGER than she really is...and still NO teeth!!!! The BEST part is she knows the Camera!! She gets soooo excited- starts clapping and giving kisses when your taking the picture!!! That's my girl! Grandma Penny in Heaven would be soooo PROUD!!! What a perfect busy, busy day! We started with Penny's first Christmas at are house! So fun! Then it was off to Grandma Deedee's for her famous traditional scone breakfast! So yummy every year! Then to see Chad's dad for a quick visit and light lunch! And are last stop was at Ry and Em's for dinner, presents and watching home videos! Hilarious! We had an enjoyable time at Auntie Em's mom's house (Nanny Debbie) for Christmas Eve! This has become a tradition for us to join them and it is so much fun! Every year Santa comes and brings all the kids a fun surprise! Nanny Debbie always fills are tummies up with amazing food! Yum! We played a white elephant game this year and you know there is always a dud present in the bunch.....well honz got it....a gingerbread his and her body wash set! haha!Chad couldn't seem to to get rid of it...hmmm....I wonder why!! haha! Oh! We are already loving all the firsts with our little Penny! So this was the 1st time she got to see Santa (Oh and Mrs Claus too)! No tears or screams from this pretty little one! Actually only from Santa when Penny pulled on his beard! Ouch! You can see it in the pic and he was so sweet to her when she did it! She can get those little fingers tangled fast in your hair if you're not careful! It's cause she's jealous cause she has none on her own head! haha! We are just loving being mommy and daddy! My little nephew Zane just had his very 1st birthday! I can't believe how fast this last year has gone by! He is the sweetest little boy! He didn't care to much for his cake, but I will tell you what he loves the most and that is balloons!!!! He doesn't care if there are flying in the air or dragging on the floor behind him! He just loves them! So my sister Eryka had balloons all over the house and made him a balloon shaped cake! So fun! He didn't let go of the balloons all day! A special day to remember! Chad blessed our precious little angel on Nov 7,2010! It was a perfect day! We felt so much love from tons of family and friends that came to support us! The best Grandma in the world (Grandma Deedee) handmade Penny's dress! It is the most gorgeous dress ever! It fits little Penny's personality perfect or should I say it fits mommy's personality! haha! Big...dramatic...long...tons of tool! She looked just like a princess! She is so beautiful and perfect! Somebody Got Their Ears Pierced!!

Our little diva is now just about 3 1/2 mons so daddy and I decided to take her to get her ears pierced! Little Penny was amazing! Daddy held her while I captured the moment on my iphone! It definitely scared her, but WOW she was smiling not even 10 secs after they were done! She is a trooper! I guess it was just mommy and daddy that were the ones all worked up and worried for her! She already knows "Pain is Beauty!" and the pain isn't going to stop her!!!! haha!!!

My nephew Mav just turned 1! I can't believe it! He was the most precious thing about his cake! He wasn't so sure about his Sponge Bob cake at first until he tasted it! Last weekend we enjoyed a couple of days out at the Logandale Fair! We have been so hyped about going that we planned to camp out with are trailers and stay for the whole weekend! We wore are feet out walking and playing! We did not stop the whole weekend but what a fun time we all had! This last Saturday we went to Logandale! Those that don't know this is where my husband is from! Every year they have an alumni baseball game and Chad loves to go! It's that small town thing! ha-ha! But what a blast we both have just catching up with everyone! All of the "Magnificent 7" were there! These are the 7 guys that Chad did everything with growing up and i mean everything! Wild and crazy boys! They were know as the "magnificent 7"! They pretty much ran the town from all the stories I've heard! lol! So what a blast it is to get all of them together! Good times! Good times!
ps.I would have to say the "7" did pretty dang well in picking out their HOT wives! So fun!

Happy, happy birthday Chance! We celebrated Chance's 4th birthday where else... other than the sand dunes... of course! Man is he getting big! He got to decorate his cake all by himself! Orange frosting his favorite color and check out all those toppings the whole bottles of all the sprinkles! ha-ha! he's the best! His mom and dad filled their whole trailer with balloons inside and out in the middle of the night! And when he woke up it was birthday time! I just love my nephew! He brings so much joy and laughter into our lives!

Glamis Sand Dunes!

We took our sand dune adventures down to Glamis this weekend! Its an hour out of Blythe, CA and about 30mins to Mexico! These dunes are never ending and the boys loved it! It was jump after jump after jump and my hons never flew so far! It was some exciting times out there!

We recently celebrated my Grandma's 95th Birthday up in Utah with all the family!
It was so great to be with grandma and all our cousins! We had a blast catching up on all the new babies that are coming this year! Grandma has 5 new great grand babies coming! She is so excited and so are we! And I just can't get enough of my 3 beautiful nephews! Will Chad and I have the first girl???or will it be a boy that will fit right in with these 3??? We get to find out March 12th! Counting down the days! So exciting!

To update you on some exciting news my sister Eryka had her baby boy on 12-12! They named him Zane Mckay weighing in at 7lb15oz and 20 in long! He is so beautiful! Just perfect! If u look closely on the christmas day pics you will see what I'm talking about! Beautiful!! To top it all off Chad and I are having our first baby due Aug 2nd! I'm in my 15th wk! We are so excited and can't wait to get this sweet pea here!

So for Thanksgiving the whole family headed up to Santa Clara, UT to be with our sweet grandma! We had such a great time visiting with family,relaxing and eating!!! And for the evening we came back home and spent it with chad's mom and family! In the pics you'll see Chance had a blast on my Uncle's tractor! He was moving that shovel up and down so fast and didn't even care that his dad was on it! lol! He's loves trucks and cars and he couldn't believe he was driving a big one in real life! lol! Happy Halloween!!!! Well as you can see Team Bierstedt dressed up as a his and her matching cowboys! The shirts are hillarious! Chance was a "fire breathing dragon" and Mav was a baby bear! We all met up at Fudruckers to eat the best hamburgers ever and it was so fun to have are bff's there! Uncle Kip, Auntie Mel and lil Sadie! We then headed out to Ryan's house so the boys could do some tricking and treating! So much fun!

So it's a tradition 3yrs running that the first weekend in Oct we sell cinnamon roasted nuts at the Boulder City Art in the Park!
It's actually Adam and Eryka's company but we all go out and help with the chaos of customers! We have such a fun time being all together and sampling of the amazing cinnamon roasted almonds and pecans all weekend! They are addicting and delicious! If you haven't tried them...then we'll see out in Boulder City next year! :)

We welcomed tw0 beautiful sweet baby girls into the fam! Both of Chad's older brothers had their babies a week apart! So crazy! Chad was feeling pretty left out...with no baby! So his mom gave him a baby doll to fit in as a joke and what a luagh we got out of that! lol! As you can see in these pics! lol! The sweet baby girls are just perfect and beautiful! I hope that someday Chad and I can have a sweet little angel like these two! Chad says not soon enough! lol!

Lake Powell for Labor Day!

It's a tradition every year for Labor Day weekend to go to Lake Powell! It's the last big boating weekend because we start to gear up for the sand dune season! My family is very seasonal when it comes to toys! Lake and ocean trips in the summer to four wheels and sand dunes in the fall/winter! We love it! So back to Lake Powell! It's absolutly beautiful there! The weather was great this year! We had an amazing time! It's all about being with family for Chad and I and we love it!

The summer is going fast and we are trying to have the most fun ever! So we headed down to Hunington Beach at the end of Aug to celebrate my brothers birthday! We love going to the lake! Well actually we pretty much love to do just about anything! But what a great day we had! We headed out to Lake Mead just for the day with my family and I invited my friend Portia to come with us! She's from California and has only been to the ocean so this was her first time to the lake! She can't wait to get out there again! We all had a blast from tubing to long boat rides! All in all what a wondeful day!
