Happy Hoco #3 for Penny!

Always a fun adventure for Penny! A new dress and a new date! Happy Hoco # 3 for my Penny girl! This time with her friend Brennon! He asked her so cute with her favorite Megan Maroney themed poster! Super creative and she loved it! She did flower making with the girls the day before! Penny's pretty much professional after all these hoco's! hahaha! Her bouquet and the boutonniere turned our amazing! Hoco day had arrived and they all met up for brunch! They sadly didn't take one photo! ugh! lol Then back home to get all fancied up! and man does she know how to get all beautified! lol Blue is such a beautiful color on her! 

Next up was Pictures!!! We were both definitely praying for better pics! lol Her last 2 hoco's the pictures have either been a the wrong time- shooting in the dark or wrong location- shooting into the direct sunlight with no shade! This group chose JW Marriot! I hadn't been here prob for 15 yrs when I  used to assistant my friend or my sister while they were the photographers! lol This is place is still amazing! Lush green background! Beautiful waterfalls! It was an overcast day so the lighting was perfect! yayyy! Now on to my pretty Penny! lol Such a fun dress! the fabric was light weight! Loved the high neck! It was black with a navy overlay floral pattern! So pretty! Amazon for the win on this one! lol Loved how she changed her hair! She put it up! So stunning and so gorgeous! The group had hired a photographer so my angles are a little off to the side! I'm not waiting to get those pics back from her so I'm posting all the pics of I took! haha We did however love the cute photographer! She did so awesome! and she loved taking pics of Penny! She's so photogenic and loves to pose for any camera! haha That's my girl! 

Penny and Brennon! Just went as friends and had so much fun! They looked so good! 

The fun group! Penny had so much fun with this group! Non stop laughter and pure enjoyment! This was the first time she has hung out with this group! The mom's loved how friendly Penny was and how she immediately made friends with all of them and had an absolute blast! I love my girls personality! She truly will have fun anywhere she goes with anyone she's with! Love that! She's a good time!

The pictures were definitely planned out better with this group! Plenty of time! Great location! Perfect weather! Hired photographer that was so fun and so good! Hoco pics #3 was a great success! and remember these are just the pics I got from my phone! Penny hasn't gotten the pics from the photographer just yet! Can't wait to see them! Another Amazon WIN! Brennon's tie! We purchased that in hopes it would match the dress and it arrived, a perfect match! Seriously so good! They were so happy they matched so good! lol

Then they were off to dinner! Benihana's steak house! Penny said it was delicious but over priced! haha Welcome to the real world of fancy dinner places! hahaha Next up was the Game Show Fan Experience! Penny had so much fun! Lots of laughs here! haha Then the night came to an end and when she got home.....she came home to her care toilet papered and saran wrapped! This was the first time her care had been the victim of fun! hahaha She was like what the heck!!! hahaha She quickly figured out who it was!!! Just some of her friends (boys) out having fun! hahaha She cleaned it up and headed to bed! haha Now that's a wrap for Hoco #3 for my Penny! Out making friends and living her best life! 

 

October Wk 2 fun!

Hello fall! It's starting to feel cooler out! lol Here's the weekly recap for October wk 2! Of course our car selfies! Always the best start to my day headed to work and school and snap a pic! Been wearing all my Halloween tees too! I've got so many fun ones that I've got to  shuffle through all  of them the whole month! yayy! lol

Well this was an adventurous night! lol We got invited to our friends 50th birthday party! It was western themed! Amazing food and Bull riding was on the menu! hahaha Honz is an absolute natural! Just look at his form! Me not so much! I'm not athletic what so ever! lol and I don't ever do anything to embarrass myself! lol So the birthday boy carried me out and made me do it! lol  He definitely took it easy on me cause I never flipped or fell off! Thank goodness! But man look at my form! hahahah! It was  terrible! We all had lots of laughs and quite possibly peed our pants! hahah but man it was sure fun! Such a great party! Happy 50th Birthday Tom! You are the life of the party always!

Piper! I love her and all her baby dolls! lol She loves her baby dolls so much and I'm here for it! I loved playing with my baby dolls when I was little! It's just the best! We shop at thrift stores for premie/newborn real baby clothes! haha She loves playing with baby Duke too! Piper had an amazing parent teacher conference! She's doing amazing and crushing 4th grade thus far! Ending her 1st quarter with Straight A's! Wahoo! So proud of her! Surprised her by taking her to get Sushi! Her absolute favorite place ever! Sapporo! Yayy!

Cashy! Just mewing at the camera! lol Love finding selfies on my phone! hahah So good! lol The quad was out and Cash was on it! lol He loves anything with wheels! He's always on the go! lol

Penny! Thrifting! Dinner hang outs! and a Pahrump Football game! I love her social life! She is so  much fun! 

Sports Day!! On Friday at school we got to  wear your favorite sports team! We even had a whole 49ers crew! hahaha  That was so fun! I made Piper's shirt so she could be matching Ms Anderson in their Bears gear!  It was such a fun dress up day! 

Gma and Cousin Night!!! Gma took them all to a concert! Wow!! Amazing! So fun! They saw For King and Country! The kids danced and sang their little hearts out! They had an absolute blast! 

There's nothing better then bonding with cousins and no better place then a concert! Such an amazing night making memories! Piper is still blasting their music from the roof tops around the house and in the car! Love it so much! Thank you gma for always creating these special moments for the cousins to get together! Just bonding and enjoying each others company!

More adventures for these kids this week! Cashy and his friend group planned a hang out at the Pumpkin Patch Carnival ride place!! Halloween Town! They had an absolute best time with no lines! Wahoo!  Walked onto all the rides! They arrived at 4pm and played non stop running from ride to ride until 9pm! WoW! It was amazing weather too! He has the best friend group! They always have the best time together! Love it for him! Get the wrist band it's worth the unlimited rides!!! :)

Piper had to go too! So  we grabbed her bestie neighbor Remy, and went there after I got Penny off to her 3rd hoco! lol separate post to follow! lol Then while we were there her friend  Stella showed up! So fun! The 3 of them ran around wild! Piper is not afraid of any ride! She is a wild child! lol Love her no fear! The more it drops or goes up side down the more she wants to ride it! My girl after my own heart! hahaha! My little mini for sure! She had a blast and totally wants to go back! 

Wrapping up the wk with the kids Sunday Fun-day pic! Me hanging with my bestie Jackie a few times this wk! Shopping at Traders Joes running into my friends cutest daughter! Love when I get to see her!! Ruby selfies! and Honz got to golf! It was a much needed golf day for him and I'm so glad he made time to  go! Another great week in the books! 

Happy Hoco #2 for Penny!

On to the Happiest Ever Homecoming Ever for Penny! In my last post you can see it has been a crazy busy stuco week planning, prepping and being ready for Hoco and now it was time to get pampered and glammed up for the Hoco dance! Happy hoco #2 for Penny with Brighton!! Brighton is one of Penny's bestest friends ever! They always have the best time! Penny was super excited for this Hoco group too! It was planned with her fun friend group! Most all the people in this group are her closest friends and stuco friends! Yayyy! To start Brighton asked her with Gold Fish and not the kind you eat!! The actual fish in a tank! lol 5 of them to be exact! haha She is still currently taking care of her new babies! hahaha She replied with a Fish theme as well and gave him a tackle box full of all sorts of "fish" themed gummy candy! haha So fun! and now we have reached Hoco day and the day was packed! She was up early for morning Pickleball!

She had a blast! Lot's of laughs for sure while playing pickleball cause she says she's a terrible player! haha and her date is an amazing player! lol Oh well! lol They still had so much fun! Then it was Brunch time! Delicious crepes for the win and Penny was in heaven! That is her favorite breakfast food ever! Yum! 

While the group was all doing pickleball and brunch I took  my side kick Piper and went to Trader Joes to get all the flowers! I stuffed 2 buckets of flowers full and away we go! I loved being on flower duty! It was a little chaotic cause every girl going to Arbor's hoco was there buying flowers but it was so much fun! The girls arrived from brunch and got to work! It was so fun to watch them plan out their bouquets! Loved helping them make their boutonnieres too! All of their bouquets and boutonnieres turned out perfect! Each girl had their own style and color to go with their dress! It was awesome!

 Then it was time to get all beautified and ready for the Dance! 

All glammed up! Just look at my gorgeous girl! Her dress we found at Dillard's after shopping that store 3 different times! lol Love it! It was an olive green with beautiful texture fabric! Simple but stunning! Loved the cut and style of it too! Green is such a beautiful color on her! Makes her eyes so green! Oh how I love my Pretty Penny! 

Next up! Picture time and the boys did not plan this one out very good! lol 45 mins for pictures with 12 teens- 6 couples is not enough time! and of course they were all running late so basically 30 mins to get all the pics done! Yikes! and to top it all off the location of pictures! haha There was no shade, fine sand, wind picked up and sun blazing! Harsh sunlight! The odds were all stacked against us! lol and you know pictures are my thing! lol actually my favorite thing! But we made it work! We found 1 tiny shade spot that we all shared the best we could and were successful! Maybe not as many pics as I wanted but we scored with some great ones! The few that we got actually turned out amazing! The rock detail behind them was super cool! They looked so good together! 

We tried our best and got what we got! lol Look how cute they were! Loved Brighton's gray suit and the green floral tie! They matched perfectly together! He even surprised her with a corsage! It was all "drippy" with jems and white flowers! It was absolutely gorgeous! She was so surprised and so excited! Such a gentleman! The cutest of the cuties ever! lol :)

The amazing group!! Such awesome kids right here! We could only get a couple shots because of the lighting and wind picked up! The sun was a blazing! lol We tried our best! lol 

Snapped this one last group shot before we ran out of time and hiked back to the cars! lol The girls feet and shoes were destroyed! lol We went through a whole pack a baby wipes to get their shoes and feet back to normal! hahaha It's all in the experience right! They were still having a blast! Love it!

One of the other moms also shooting pics snapped these of the girls'! Absolutely love these bestie shots! Wish we could have gotten more! and some with the rest of the besties in the group! Dang it! Ran out of time! But we love the pics we got!! :)

They jumped into Ryan's 12 passenger van which was insanely iconic and rushed over to dinner! They were a tad late but it all worked out! Bj's for Dinner and it was yummy! I was obsessed with the 12 passenger van they were whipping around in! lol So fun to all be together all night! Love it! Next up was Escapology! They split into 2 groups and did an Escape room! Penny had so much fun! Theirs was Star Wars themed! They made it though with a lot of extra time to spare! Wahoo! 

They rushed back over to the Dance at Arbor! They had to go to the dance because most are all in Student Council! It is required to go to the dance portion for an 1.5hrs! Then in addition they have to stay help clean up! So here is the school dance fun! Lot's of dancing! Lot's of moshing! lol Penny had so much fun seeing more friends at the dance! She's got friends every where! Love that for her! Last stop was back to Eli's house for swimming, more eating and chilling! They made several tik toks and had a blast! She came home exhausted! lol Such an epic Hoco for her Junior Year! Thanks Brighton for being such an awesome date and spoiling my Penny! She had such an epic day! Now that's a wrap for HOCO # 2 for my Pretty Penny! 

 

Penny's Hoco Wk!

It was a jammed packed week to kick on October wk 1 for my Penny! It was Arbor's Homecoming week! The Happiest Homecoming ever! Their hoco  theme was Disney! So cute!!  So a Disney themed dress up wk is an absolute must!! She had so much fun dressing up with her friends! Taking pics! Filming videos! The fun never stopped! Even after school activities put on by the school that she had to be there for! Movie on the field is always so much fun but this year they got rained out! Literally something everyday at school and after school to kick off hoco!  She was slammed busy but loved it!

Assembly time! She didn'y even come home from school on this day until after the hoco football game! Holly long day! She's a trooper! She took 3 sets of clothes to change! Charged all her batteries and took 3 different camers to get all the content for her amazing social media posts! The hoco assembly was a amazing! a great turn our! So much school spirit and pride! :) Love it! 

Neon Night for Friday night lights!! It's Hoco game time!! THe crowd was packed and the neon colors were popping! Check out my girl!! Isn't she so much fun! Decked out in neon from head to toe! lol That turquoise bob looks good on you! lol Her wig was a hit! The friends loved it and so did her stuco teachers!! Proud to be this ones mama! Penny is the best! SO much fun always!

I was even decked out in my neon colors! lol Such an awesome night! Love love that wig on Penny! So iconic! hahaha

At all these events you literally can't catch Penny without 1-3 cameras on her! She is the best of the best when it comes to her role as the Student Body Historian! Wahoo! So proud! I love catching her taking the action shots or getting the crowd ready for a film making! Love watching her in action!! That's my girl! My pretty Penny! Cash had a blast too! He makes friends every where he goes and had a whole new friend group by the end of the night! hahaha! That's my boy!

We made it to the half time show! The band played, the cheerleaders tumbled and cheered! The palm girls danced! The Hoco quart royalty went by and it was finally time for the stuco floats! Yayyy! The Junior class float was Star Wars themed! Can you spot my turquoise hair Penny on the float? lol front and center! She loved the stormtroopers so much she kept one for herself! lol Meet Fred the stormtrooper! lol We all had a blast! Loved watching both Penny and Cash have the best time running around with friends! Next up.....  the Hoco Dance.... #2 for my Penny girl!

 

October Wk 1 Fun!

It's fall ya'll! Except in Vegas it's still a bit hot so it doesn't quite feel like fall weather just yet! ! lol But how are we already to October!! I love this time of year! Here is the weekly recap for October wk 1 fun! Off to school and work we go! Here's our daily selfies! hahaha love these faces! 

Cashy!! Hang outs! and Volleyball! and more hang outs! lol He has he best friend group! Caught him for a quick pic in the hallway at school too! Love the doing the hair pic! Showing his cousin how the magic happens! hahaha! He truly is so much fun! Always the life of the party! 

Piper! We had half day at school and her besties picked her up from school and took her to Chuck E Cheese! How lucky is she! She was in heaven! Had such a fun day! Piper is spotted all over her school! She walked me around the school showing me several places where she was on the wall! Then had me take pics of her pointing at herself on the wall!  Love it! Aren't you the popular one! lol She is honored all over the school for being such an amazing leader! Wahoo Piper! You're amazing! 

On Cashy's half day he didn't get to have fun at Chuck e Cheese...he had a dentist apt! lol We got to see Dr Auntie Joanna! My kids beg to go to the Dentist so this was fun for him! He ended up getting 5 baby teeth pulled! He just does not loose his baby teeth on his own very quickly at all! So Dr felt it was best to get them out to get these permanent teeth to grow in! These baby teeth had huge roots! Dr Auntie is truly the best! Cash was so brave and in the best hands! They both got through it! lol So proud of my boy! He was pretty sore after with huge holes from the giant roots but is doing much better now! He is so happy to have those baby teeth out! You are one tough boy! 

More of  Cashy! He had Volleyball Tournament this weekend! His team played good and they are getting better working together ! Very proud of Cashy too! He has had so much growth already and absolutely loves it! He recently got moved into the libero position! Way to go Cashy! Way to go 14U Vegas United! 

The weather is getting cooler and Cash is back out on his wheels! Hitting jumps and popping wheelies! He loves to build jumps and fly through the air! Scares mama but I love the actions shots! lol You're amazing Cashy!

Happy Hoco #1 For Penny!

Tis the season for Homecomings! :) Penny was off to her 1st HOCO for her Junior year with Ryan! Ryan and Penny were going just as friends! Look how cute his poster he made to ask her!!! He played on her name "Penny" and added pennies to the poster too! So creative and so  cute! She loved it! The day of hoco arrived! 1st up the hike! They met at Ethan's house got donuts then headed up to Mt Charleston to hike! Sadly Penny's date tore his mcl at the football game the night before! He is the jv and varsity kicker for the Arbor! Ouch! Poor thing! So he was not able to make it to the hike and Penny wasn't sure if he was going to make it at all the whole day for hoco!! 

Of course the girls had a photoshoot! Such gorgeous girls! They all had a blast hiking! Lots of chatter, laughter and beautiful scenery! Perfect way to start the hoco day! 

Next up! Making bouquets and getting ready! They all met up  at Dylan's house! Penny and Brooke made the cutest hoco banner! Love these beautiful girls! So much fun making their bouquets! and had a blast getting ready together! Hair and makeup was on! They did several transition tik toks too! lol That is a must! Penny has such a fun day so far and it was only gonna get better!

Pretty Penny all dressed up! Decked  out from head to toe! Absolutely stunning! Next up was pictures at the Smith's Center! Such a great location for pics for sure! 

Pretty in Pink! My Little Bow Peep! Absolutely loved this Pink dress! The style! The fit! and the perfect gorgeous girl in it! :) She is so fun to take pics of!! Like such a natural! Her poses are the best too! The camera loves you baby! 

Ryan made it! Crutches and all! Such a trooper to be there for Penny! Look how amazing they looked together! The pics started a bit late for my camera's liking! lol cause it was getting dark fast and the flash is never that good! Natural lighting is always the best but it's ok! We made it work and as you scroll you will see we took many pics and they turned our beautiful! Making the best out of every opportunity is what Mama Em is best at! lol

After dinner was the after party at our house and Decker's back yard! Hot tub at our house! Polar plunge, pickleball, pink pong, and trampoline at Decker's! So grateful for amazing neighbors! They saved the night for letting them use their backyard! We also had snacks, bundtinis and drinks too! They had a blast way into the night! Penny had such an amazing day! Thanks Ryan for taking her out to her 1st Hoco of her Junior year! So happy he was able to come with his poor hurting knee! It was a Hoco success!
