Fun!! Fair!! Rodeo!!

 The Clark County Fair out in Logandale did not disappoint! We had a blast the whole weekend! As tradition we bring our trailer out and camp in it the whole weekend! We love doing this so we can put Cash down for naps get out of the rain!!! Yes it rained quite a bit while we were out playing!! All an all we had a wonderful time! One of our most favorite traditions!!

 

 Here's the fun action shots from riding all the rides! By far my most favorite thing to do!! Love the carni rides!!!! So does Panny and Cash! This year Cash was tall enough to ride!! and boy did he have a Blast!!!

 

Yee-Haw!!! Rodeo here we come!! These are the pics we captured at the rodeo! The first night was perfect weather!! Second night not so much! Pretty much rained the whole rodeo! We stayed as long as we could!! The kids and myself were over the rain!! haha! However, Cash was so into the rodeo this year! He loved watching the animals!! and Penny of course loved the rodeo Queen!! She said she's going to be one someday!! :) On a side note my mom was a Rodeo Queen back in her day!! How awesome is that!!! The Rodeo is always such a good time!!!

Each night after the rodeo a few of us in our group would head back out to shut the Carnival down!! Best time to ride the rides!! No one is out that late...so no lines!! Plus that's when I start getting real Hot on the carni Games!! haha! Who knew I could really play the games and WIN! I sure didn't! I was cleaning them  out... winning on the first try!!! haha! Had so much fun!! Screaming and laughing! Almost peeing my pants with joy and excitement for my Big Wins! hahaha! The Carni's were getting a kick out of me! So fun!! Me kids were also excited for all the Fun surprises they would wake up too!! haha!

Another Fun filled Fair time of memories!! Can't wait till next year!!!

Happy Easter from our 2 lil Chicks!

 Happy Easter from our 2 lil Chicks!! The Easter Bunny sure knew how to find them!! They are the sweetest lil Chickie's ever!! Sure love them with my whole heart and then some!! The were so excited to wake up and follow the trail of candy filled eggs to their Basket's full of fun surprises!! These 2 are what life's about! We are so blessed in so many ways! Happy Easter!

Happy Easter at Dad's!

 

We have not been feeling a 100%! In fact we were supposed to be in Mexico for Spring break and Easter but have been so sick we didn't make it!! Hate being sick! But on a happy note since we ended up staying  in town I didn't want my kids to miss out on the Easter egg hunt fun at my dad's! So on Saturday we got just enough energy to get out of bed and go to my dad and Janeen's annual money Easter egg hunt!! Sick and all we had a blast! Penny and Cash found so  many eggs they couldn't believe it! Chad and I came up with $26 on our money hunt! Janeen hid them good this year! This wasn't our best year in finding the big money but we will bring it next year as long as we aren't sick again!! haha A big thanks to Janeen and my dad for putting on our annual tradition of great food, fun and money egg hunt!! So fun!! Love this tradition we do!

Janeen had the kids put on a sweet little play in remembrance of the true meaning of Easter! I know my redeemer lives and because of him we will be reunited with all of our loved ones that have passed on! We will be a family forever through the eternities! I love my Savior! and I love my family! We are truly blessed! Happy Easter!!

Fun Razor Riding!

We have been having a ton of fun in our new 4 seat razor! For this fun adventure we went trail riding in Logandale! Chad's hometown so he new exactly where to take us on all the different trails! After riding all morning we finished our ride at Inside Scoop! Chad's favorite little dinner! Great food and great company!! We had a wonderful day!! Love riding and being with family!!

 Happy St. Patrick's Day from our two Lucky Charms!! Penny sure was into St. Patrick's day this year!! She made sure she was wearing her green and really tried to catch the Little Leprechaun!! They are at the cutest age! Loved finding all the green things that the little Leprechaun left at the house!! So fun!! Love these 2 forever!!!

Chad's Fun Baseball Game!

Every year Chad does all the shirts and donates them to his Baseball Alumni Game out  in  Logandale! We can't always make it out there for the big game but this year we made it! Chad had a blast playing with all his old buddies from the valley! He even got to pitch! The kids had a blast running around playing hard and watching their daddy play!! It was a great Saturday enjoying the beautiful weather and catching up with friends!!

Happy Valentine's from our little Valentine's! These 2 just melt our heart!! All though parenting can sometimes be he most challenging thing we have ever done we wouldn't change it for the world! These two bring us so much joy!! When they're on they're on and when they're off they're off!!! haha! These 2 are just busy little bodies!! and we love them to pieces!!!!

Dumont Dune Time!

We have been duning it up for the long President's Weekend!! It's always a busy weekend with lots of people and the dunes are pretty rough but boy did we have a great time! Such beautiful weather almost a lil on the hot side but no wind and that's always nice! We had great company too! So many lovely faces to visit with this weekend! My dad and Janeen brought out their new puppy Gus and he was so good! Such a sweet mild mannered puppy! All the kids just love him! Our friends evan had a mini razor out there that both Penny and Cash couldn't get enough of!! Penny could even drive it and we were all so proud! She was a good driver too! We really need to get one now! hahaha! Such a fun weekend! We love duning it up!

Daddy Dughter Dance!

Penny headed off on her very 1st date with her daddy to the Valentine Daddy Daughter Dance at her school!! She wanted to get all fancied up for her daddy!! She wanted her makeup done, wore her sparkliest dress and her highest heels to dance the night away!! She had the best time and was so proud of her daddy by her side! As for daddy he was on cloud nine! He loves spoiling her! Talk about proud daddy!!! He was for sure! I'd say Penny's the luckiest girl ever to have him has her daddy!! I just love these two to pieces!!

One Smart Cookie!!!

We have one smart little cookie on our hands!!! Penny was awarded not only 1 but 2 awards at school!! She was awarded the Soaring Eagle Award out of 25 students in her am kindergarten class!!! Which means she was the top student for the quarter!!! Also out of 125 students she was selected by her Spanish teacher as the Best Spanish student for the quarter as well!! She also got the Principal's award and was given a medal from her Principal!! WOW! We couldn't be more proud of our little girl!!! She works so hard and is such a good girl!! She's always setting a good example!! She was super proud of herself and felt so special! I guess you can say "mean mom" is paying off!! We are so Proud of you Penny Pie!!! Keep up the Excellent work!!

Let it Snow!!

 

It was a last min day trip up to Brian head we go!!! We had heard that my brother, his family, Eryn, Joanna and Eryka were all going to be up there for the weekend! So when Saturday rolled around we decided last min to go up and surprise them!! and boy did we surprise them!! They were all so excited to see us! We didn't ski or board but we had a blast spending the day in the Snow!! We were so impressed with how good  my nephews, Chance and Mav were skiing!! Penny and Cash had so much Fun throwing the snow and rolling around in the snow! The best time watching them just play and play!! We can't wait to get back up there again!! and next time Penny will be in ski school!! She can't wait!

 

Big Big Boy!!

Somebodies been busy doing Big Boy things over here!! Sad my baby isn't a baby any more but we have just been so proud of our Big Boy!! He proudly wears big boy underwear and has been so easy and so good while in this training process!! I do not not like this part of being mom but boy has he picked it right up and been so easy!! He gets it and we are so relieved, happy and proud!! He wants to wear his big boy underwear and we gladly let him!! We also changed his crib into his toddler bed! He's so proud of that!! He doesn't always stay in his bed as good as the crib but that's OK! We are so excited for him to be a Big Big Boy!! Penny is just loving this phase too! She is so proud and encourages him too!! She gets so excited over ever little new thing he does!!! She's the best little cheerleader that's for sure!! We couldn't be more proud of the both of them!!! Yay for being such a Big boy Cashy!! We love you!!! Now Chad says...."it's time for another!" hahaha

5-4-3-2-1......Happy New Year 2016!

 

5-4-3-2-1....Happy New Year!!! and what a Fun way to ring it in!!! We have not see the New year come in for like 6 years!! hahaha I now lame! But this year we got a sitter and Rang in the new year with our most favorite 2 humans ever! We went to dinner 1st at the new Mexican restaurant in Downtown Summerlin called Pancho's! It was pretty good and the service was amazing! Over the top! We all 4 pretty much had our own waiter!! hahaha Nothing but great times with these 2! We never stop laughing! After dinner we got invited over to my cousin's Bunco party! We had never played but boy did we have fun!! So fun!! We laughed some more there and as you can see a photo shoot to bring in the New Year! hahaha! Good times!! Bring it on 2016!! Can't wait to see what this year has instore for us!!  

Good Times at the Dunes!

 Nothing but the best of times out at the dunes!! It was so cold! Probably the coldest it has ever been out there in all the years we have gone! Just love spending time with my family! We headed out there the day after Christmas and stayed until the day before New Year's eve! A much needed 5 days away to relax and enjoy riding, playing, eating, and visiting! Probably my most happiest time of year because I get my Honz stress free and all to myself!! No work! No cell phones! Best trip ever! We love making memories!! So much to be thankful for! Our way to end 2015!!

 

The Best Christmas Breakfast!

 

 It's tradition to go to my mother-n-law's house on Christmas morning for the best breakfast of your life! Seriously the best breakfast ever!! It's so fun to get together with all Chad's siblings! We do our gift exchange and just relax and talk all together! It's a highlight for both/Chad and I to do this each year!

The Merriest Christmas ever!

 Merry Christmas everyone! Boy oh boy was Santa good to us this year!!

A Merry Christmas Eve!!

 

Such a fun quick trip to see my sister and her sweetest family on Christmas Eve!! These 4 just play and play and play! I was lucky enough to get my hair done by the best!! Just love how she always takes such good care of me! Even Cashy got a fresh cut for Christmas! Let's just say we were all looking ON for Christmas! Hahaha! Sure loved our quick trip to Utah!  Thank you little Eryka for always taking such great care of us! We love you!

Christmas Fun at Dad & Janeen's!

 Lot's of Christmas fun over at my dad and Janeen's!! Janeen always puts on a great Christmas dinner and tons of desserts too! So much food and treats!!! Grandma Janeen and Grandpa John always go out of their way to spoil all the grand kids!!! This year to add to the fun Grandma Janeen planned a cute little Christmas play of the true meaning of Christmas with all the grand kids in it! Complete with a stable backdrop and costumes for all!! So fun!

Our Big Star!!

 Oh  how we love Singer's Company! Oh how Penny's just Loves to sing, dance and put on a show! Oh how we love to watch her perform her little heart out! She had 3 Christmas performances this year!! and boy did she dance and sing her little butt off each night!! Proud parents over here! She seriously is a hoot to watch!! Just love her so much!! This top collage is from her very 1st performance at the retirement home!! These sweet elderly people just love these girls and love watching them perform!!

Penny's Class Party!

 

The cutest group of little kids yet!! I was lucky to get to volunteer in Penny's kindergarten class for her Christmas Party!! Penny sure loves when I'm in there helping out! It sure makes my heart happy! I hope she never changes about that!! She's my biggest fan!! haha! She has had so much Fun in her class! Has made so many new and amazing little friends! She just loves her teacher Mrs. Fisher and we are super sad to see her go!! However we are so excited for her new teacher Mrs. Marx! We grew up together and I've gotten to do her makeup for some special events as well! YAY!! Cant' wait for Penny to have her as her teacher!!
