Birthday Fun!!!!

July is such a FUN Birthday month for us!!! Lots to Celebrate!! Chad's Birthday is the 12th and Penny's Birthday is the 21st! So Chad being the best daddy and such a great sport we always celebrate their Birthday's together! But let's face it it's always all about Penny!! This year we had Penny's Birthday party on  Chad's actual Birthday and all Penny wanted was a "Frozen" Birthday Party! So together they had a "Frozen" Birthday Party! But Chad had no reason to complain because he got to golf on Friday the day before his birthday and at 2 different golf courses on Saturday the day of his Birthday!! So he got to do exactly what he wanted to do for his special birthday!!

Oh little Penny we can't believe it's been 4yrs since you came into this crazy world making our lives a happier more exciting life to live in!! You bring us so much joy and excitement!! You have so much personality and sass!! You have always acted so much bigger than you are!! and You have always wanted to be older than you actually are turning!! We always say You are way to smart for your own good and way to big for your own britches! You definitely keep us on our toes!! We love every single thing about you!! You're our little performer! You love to sing, dance, and act!! So theatrical! You're our girly girl!! You love to dress up in mommy's highest heels and prance around!!  You love anything that has to do with any Princess!! You also love to learn! You love to make little notes and art pictures for you family and friends! You love to do play school, store, waitress, mommy, and dress up! You love you're little brother so much! You're so thoughtful and loving! You're mommy's best helper! We are so proud to be your parents!! We love you Penny!!! Happy 4th Birthday!!!

These two faces say it all!! We are so blessed to be their parents! How did we get to be so lucky! They both have the sweetest spirits! The unconditional love and bond between siblings is undeniable!! These two absolutely LOVE each other to the end!! Penny is just so sweet to her little brother! She's always watching him to make sure he doesn't get hurt! She's so protective of him! They just melt our hearts!!

Such a FUN birthday party!! So many family and friends came out to play!! This really made Chad and Penny feel so Special!! We had a big Swim BBQ up at my dad's! It's the BIG swim party of the Summer! My dad loves having people over!! Penny jumped off the diving board for the very first time!! She Loved it!! She's getting to BIG!! Jay, Ryan and Chad got into a cake fight that was hilarious!! They're crazy!! The Big kids (the adults) seem to have more fun than the little kids! haha! We of course had a "Frozen" Pinata and Penny wanted to put little toys in it along with the candy!! Such a great idea!! The kids loved it!! There were so many little kids that the Pinata didn't even last thru all the kids to hit! So next year we either need 2 Pinatas or we will have to start blind folding the big kids! They are getting to good and too strong!!!

Penny LOVED her "Frozen" Cake and Cupcakes!! This is when Chad was really a good sport because he didn't even have a cake!! I told him to get the cake with his name on it when we were ordering it because I knew that the Cupcakes were going to be for Penny and the kids! But he's truly the Best daddy! He wanted to make sure that it was the "Frozen" characters on the cake too! He knew it would make Penny so happy! and of course it did!! She LOVED it!!!!

Then it was Present time!!! She of course was so spoiled by everyone!! She's so easy to buy for because she Loves anything!! She truly loved everything she got! Thanks to all who made her feel so special!!  We love you all!!! Now it's time to start planning Cash's Birthday Party!! I can't believe he will be 1 in 3wks!! Where did that year go!!! WOW!!! Time flies when you're having FUN!!! Happy Birthday Chad and Penny!!!!!

 

Happy Busy Boy!!

We just can't get enough of our Happy Busy boy!! Little Cash is another month older!! He's 11 mons old!! Oh my these months are going by so fast!! and Cash is on the move! He's gotten so fast at crawling and pulling himself up to stand against anything!! He's even gotten Brave enough to hold with one hand and move to the next object! He's even walking with a walker or pushes boxes or toys as he walks! So as long as he's holding on to something he will take those steps!! Cash has also found our stairs!!! He can go up them so good and thinks he is such a big boy!! He loves it! He squeals and squeals!! But as for coming down well we are still working on that one!! He has quite the little personality! He's definitely my sensitive little boy! When his feelings get hurt he will hang his head straight down and start crying in the saddest little cry! When he wants something badly and it gets taken away from him he will let you know with a loud scream! He's generally always my happy little boy! He's also my tease! When he's getting into something he shouldn't and we tell him "no no" he smiles at us, shakes his head no at is and then fakes towards what we just told him no too but doesn't do it again just fakes towards it! Such a tease! It's so funny!! He just cracks us up!! He just Loves his big sister!! He loves to be right wear she is at even when she doesn't want him in her toys! He just loves to be right in the middle of all the fun!! Penny can really get him to giggle and giggle! He loves talking to her too! They just love each other! It's so sweet! Penny is always looking out to make sure he's not getting into anything he shouldn't and making sure he is always safe! She mommy's best big helper!! I Just love being mommy to these precious babies!

Happy 4th of July!!

Such a Fun 4th of July!! We got invited out to watch an Amazing Firework show put on by the Amazing Luke!! We enjoyed the night with great family and friends! Penny loved all the fireworks!! She loved holding the sparklers too!! Little Cash on the other hand.... This was his 1st experience with fire works and we were so close to them too and he wasn't so sure about them!! He would admire and stare at all the colors but as soon as he heard a boom, crackle, or pop he would crawl up my neck and snuggle in close and just start crying! Poor little guy!! But I sure didn't mind all the snuggles!!! What was supper funny was when we lit off the screamer fire works and Cash would started copying the screaming sound as the fire work would go off! He's just so dang sweet! Just Love these sweet kids!!! We had such a lovely 4th!!

Somebody got a Hair Cut!!

Look who was such a Big Boy and got his 1st Big Boy Hair Cut!! Thanks to Auntie Eryka she did the Best Hair Cut! She's seriously so amazing!! Not only is she the absolute Best when it comes to doing hair but she is so good with kids!! My babies just Love their Auntie Eryka!! Thanks for always making time for my hair and my kids!! We sure Love you Auntie!!!

Lake Time!!

Going to the Lake is always so FUN!! This was Cash's 1st Lake Trip and he loved it! He Loves the boat rides, falls right to sleep! He Loves the Sand...wouldn't stop eating it! and He Loves the Water...kept putting his face right in it and splashing it!! He was not afraid of anything out there! Penny had a Blast out there too! She is such a little fish!!  She also went on her 1st Tube ride with daddy getting pulled  by the Big Boat!! She Loved it!!! She doesn't seem to have any fear either!! I've got some dare devils on my hands!! They definitely don't get that from me! :) We love watching our kids have fun in the sun!!!

Emma's 4th Birthday Party!!

My sweet little niece Emma had her 4th Birthday!! and she had a Frozen Birthday Party!! Penny just loves her bff Emma!! They have gotten so close and I just love it! They play so good together! Emma is really just a little peacemaker! She is always looking out to help Penny! It's so sweet!

Penny had such a blast at Emma's Frozen Birthday Party! She keeps asking "is my best friend Emma  having another Frozen Party today?" It's so funny! I love that these 2 cuties are only a month a part! They will always be so close!!! We love you Emma Rose!!! We can't believe you are 4!!!

Happy Father's Day to the Best!!!

These 2 kids are the luckiest kids I know because they have the BEST Daddy in the World!! Giving them hugs and kisses over and over! Always making them feel so special and telling them how much he Loves them! Making them laugh until their bellies hurt! Holding them tight when they fall, cry or get their feelings hurt! Loving them to no end! Teaching them the importance of life! He makes us feel safe! He is our strength! He is our rock! He is the one that makes everything possible in every way! He works so hard with crazy hours so we can play hard! He is the ultimate dad!!! and I'm the Lucky one to have found him! I love you honz!!! Thanks for holding us together!!!

Happy Cashy is 10mons!!!

Can't believe our sweetest little boy Cashy is 10mons!!! The 2nd child does go by so fast!! I hate it!! I need my baby to stay a baby forever!!!!! He is on the move and he is fast now!!! He's crawling so good now..no inch worm to get around!! He also can pull himself up to a stand to anything! He's taking little steps along the furniture! My favorite is when he goes from a crawl position to a sit position! It so dang cute! His little face! He's gets so excited! He's just the happiest little boy! He still has NO teeth! He's definitely following rt after his sister! But that doesn't stop him from eating! He's our little piggy! Still allergic to dairy, soy and corn but he loves to eat the foods that he can! and He pounds it! :) We just love this little boy so much!! He brings so much joy to our little family!! 

Fun times with the Aunties!

Look who came into town to visit!!! Auntie Eryn!! Yay!! It was a quick couple of days but I loved that she got to stay at my house! Penny Loves Auntie Eryn so much!! We had such a fun time together!

On one of the days she was here we went to Wet n Wild!! Eryka came down with her boys and we picked up Chance to come play with us too! We had such a fun day! Penny and I have season passes to Wet n Wild and we have been having a blast there so we had take the Aunties and cousins there!! We had a blast! I loving being with my sisters! It's truly the best!!

 

 

Penny's 1st Talk in Primary!

Somebody Special gave her very 1st talk in Primary! Her talk was on "Temples make it possible for families to be together forever!" She was so excited to get to talk in the microphone in primary! She's so funny! She did the best job!! She was so brave and spoke right in that microphone as clear as can be! I can't believe how big she's getting! So proud of my little angel!

Penny's Big Performances!

Penny has been in a singing group all year long call The Singer's Company! She just recently had her last 2 performances for the year! She has Loved this singing class so much! She has made so many amazing cute friends and has had the very Best teacher Miss Brittany! Their theme for these performances was "A Night At The Movies!" Penny has Loved singing these fun songs and I have loved hearing here sing these fun songs every where we go! She just Loves to sing and dance and perform! She had a speaking part that introduced the Tarzan Movie Song "Wrecking Camp" and she had a Solo in the High School Musical Song "Together, Together!" She had memorized them and practiced them so good! She rocked out both!! We were proud parents in the audience for sure! :) Just Love my little performer!

These pictures were from the song "Tomorrow" from the movie Annie! and what I love most is that I used to perform this song all the time when I was little! She just make me so proud! My little singer!

Here's Penny with the very best Teacher Miss Brittany!! We just love her! She is so patient with all the girls and teaches them so good!! Penny just has so much fun in her class! Penny can't wait till Singer's Company starts up again!!

Loving the Beach!!!

Beach fun is the best fun!! Penny had a Blast!! The sun never even came out but that didn't stop her from getting into the super freezing ocean!! She did not stop playing all day from ocean to sand all day long!! As for baby Cashy he came down with the flu and was throwing up and diarrhea after every meal as we were driving down to California! Poor lil man! It didn't stop until after we got home and into the next wk!! He had the stomach flu bad!!! This was his 1st trip to Beach and he did not feel good!

There was such a big group of us out there! It was so nice because all the kids played so good and us adults got to relax, talk and just lay around! I especially loved that my sister Eryka and her family came down! I just love my sister bond times!! All we needed to complete the fun was Eryn!! Next year she will be there for sure!! :)

Penny was having so much fun that she didn't even care that she was loosing her bottoms! She definitely takes after her Auntie Eryn! :) haha

Visiting Grandpa Bierstedt!

A couple weeks ago we had the wonderful opportunity to go to Texas to see Grandpa Bierstedt! Chad had not seen his Grandpa Bierstedt since he was 13yrs old and of course the kids and I had never met him before! What a wonderful time we had! To start this was the 1st plane ride for the kids! I was a bit nervous about that but they did great on the plane!! Lots of activities and lots of snacks was the key!! Secondly I had never been to Texas! Wow! It was beautiful there!! Chad and I couldn't get over the Restaurants! There was such a variety of food places and the places were huge!! and did I mention the food was Amazing!! We had never had such great food ever!!

Visiting with Grandpa Bierstedt was wonderful! He had so many great stories!It was so wonderful to really get to know more about him! He pulled out his old photo albums and showed us so many pictures with so much history! Chad and I started to put together where some of Chad's resemblances came from looking at the young pictures of his grandpa! So neat! It was so precious to see him interact with his great grand kids! He just Loved them!! Penny called him her "little grandpa!" So dang cute! and Cash would just watch his every move and just Smile so big at him!

 

While we were there we Took the kids to a fun Children's Museum and also to a Drive through Zoo! The Zoo was really cool! The animals would come right up to your car and some were a lot more aggressive than others! Like that Ostrich up in the collage! It's face came right into our car on the driver's side where Chad was so Chad hurried and rolled up the window and then it started hitting it's beak into the window! It was hyped!!! We were loving the action!!! It was so Crazy!

Before we caught the plane back home we did the River Walk down in San Antonio! We took a little boat around all these old buildings as they talked about the Alamo! I had no idea how much history is right there in San Antonio! We had such a wonderful time! It was sad to say goodbye to Grandpa! So we are hoping to get back to Texas real soon!! Being with family is really what it's all about for Chad and I! We had such a lovely time! We love you Grandpa Bierstedt!!

Little Cash Is 9mons!!

 Seriously why does the time have to go by so fast!! I can't believe our Golden Boy is 9mons old!! and boy is he getting his little personality!! He already is trying so hard to keep up with his big sis!! He just watches her every move and somebody started to crawl!!! He hasn't quite mastered it but he definitely is on the move and big sister is already started moving her toys aways from him!! Poor little guy! All he wants to do is be right next to her doing what she's doing!! His little crawl is so funny! He uses is tip toes to move forward then to his knees and then on to his tummy out stretching his arms to repeat the whole process again! Looks sort of like an inch worm when in motion!! He's still just as happy as can be!! So Smiley and his newest thing is talking!! He 1st started saying "dadda" around the end of 8mons old and just a couple of weeks ago he started saying "momma!" It's so exciting around here as he starts learning and doing new things! Especially for Penny!!! She was so excited to discover that Cash learned how to Clap (also new this month)!!! She was so Proud of him! Telling everyone!! "Cash can Clap! Cash can Clap!" So sweet! She is his biggest fan and I know the feeling is mutual in return from little Cash!! He also discovered that he can make noise with toys by banging them together or against the wall or anything that makes a loud noise back!! He loves it! Just starts a giggling and squealing! He's all BOY!! So rough already with his toys!! Oh man I'm nervous for the toddle years!! YIKES!!!

Happy Mother's Day to Me!!

Oh being mom to these two is the BEST!!! They just make my heart BURST!!! Being a mom is probably the hardest and challenging but most rewarding job I have ever had! Wouldn't trade it for the world!! I LOVE being mommy!! Such a blessing to have been given these sweet full of personality babies!! They are my world!! Mommy Loves You Penny and Cash!!!!

Penny's Last Day of Pre-K!

It's been a Wonderful year of Pre-K for Penny!!! Penny's 1st year of school is all over! She has had so much FUN in Miss Alex's Class! Miss Alex has taught her so much and has made learning so fun! Such a great Teacher! I totally recommend the pre-k at the Cimeron Rose Community Center! So many great friends and great learning fun!! Now we get to play all summer and wait until pre-school Starts again! Only this time she will be with Miss Lisa and she can not wait!!!! Penny LOVES School! All She wants to do is ride the yellow school bus and go to school! She is the Best!! We just Love our little Smarty Pants!!

Penny's 1st Hair Cut!!

Somebody finally got their first hair cut!! It only took 3 1/2yrs! haha! Little Cashy had his 1st hair cut at 3mons!! haha! Penny's hair is just so curly that it grows so dang slow! Thanks to the Amazing Auntie Eryka she trimmed it up just perfectly!! Penny was so excited! She felt so big as Auntie Eryka cut, shampooed and styled it!! We were all having too much fun!! We love you Auntie!! You're the Best!!

The Best Birthday Ever!

Another Great Birthday for me!!! I can't believe I'm 34!! Such a great day! Had lunch with the BFF Facers and shopping! Then last minute we thru together Wahoo's for dinner with family and friends! It was very short notice so thanks to all who came out to celebrate with me!! We had a wonderful time! Happy Birthday to me!!!

Easter Day at Grandma DeeDee's!

After a wonderful church we headed over to Chad's mom's house for Easter dinner and  Easter egg hunt! Such a wonderful day with family! I'm so lucky to have married into this amazing family!! The food is always so yummy! We always have such a great time all together!! This top pic collage is just our little Easter pics we took as a family! Can't get over my little's! They just melt my heart!

I love having my babies close with my sister n law's babies!! These 3 girls are the best of friends and I know these 2 little boys are going to be double trouble!!!! Especially if they have that Bierstedt blood running thru them! :) Just Love all my sweet nieces and nephews! Again I'm truly blessed to be a part of this wonderful family!!!

This fun little collage is from their Easter egg hunt! Grandma DeeDee has the best park for this right in front of her new home!! The kids had a blast!! My sister n laws are so clever and color coordinated everything!! Each child got a bucket with their name on it in the color they were hunting for eggs in!!! It was awesome!! Penny was Pink!!! All was fair and even!! Everyone had the same number of eggs to find too! It was so fun to see the older cousins helping the littler ones out! I loved it!!! So cool! and Definitely a new tradition every year!!! Thanks fam for a wonderful day!!

Easter Morning!!!

The joy of being a parent!! I'm just loving the older Penny gets the more she really Loves and gets into these fun holidays!!! So with that said the Easter Bunny came to Our house!!! and man oh man was Penny excited!!! She followed a trail of Candy filled eggs thru out the house that led her to her Easter Basket!! and as you can see the closer she got she could see her Easter surprises and started a running!! She squealed out with joy!! We love days like this as a parent!! So much fun!! She went thru her whole Basket and then went thru Cash's Basket!! haha! She said she needed to help him! She just Loves opening surprises it doesn't matter who they are for!! haha! We just Love these sweet faces!! We are so happy to be their parents!! Happy Easter everyone!!
