Incredible Family Pics!

If you can believe it it's already time for family pics! We do them 1 time a year and always in September! There's always so much thought that goes into this for me! It's never who is going to take the pics because that's the easiest part! Of course the amazing Amy Rhodes!!! She is truly magical! It's never the location because Amy is so incredible! She just knows where all the cool perfect spots are! It's always the outfits! lol This year I stepped out of my comfort zone and did rust and drown colors and did all patterns! I was so nervous how it was all going to look and come together! But man oh man that Amy is magical! lol I'm completely in love with how these pics turned out yet again! Cash money! My #1 son! 2 digits! He turned 10 this year! Can't believe it! He is confident! He is a trend setter! He is athletic! He is loyal! He's loud! He is such a tease! He loves life and lives life to the fullest! Never a dull moment with Cashy boy!

Little Piper!! My baby! How is my baby 6! She is beautiful inside and out! She is sensitive! She is caring! She is sweet and sassy! She is flexible! She is mommy's best friend! my little side kick! She loves all animals too!

Knott's Berry Farm and San Diego Zoo!

Our annual trip to Knott's and Zoo is here! We have done this trip with my brother for 15 years! Can't believe it! Here's to another wonderful trip together! This year we added more families to come along with us! The bestie Hilsabeck's and Bff Facer's! We had an absolute blast with them! We also love Steve and Jess that come every year with us too! Jess was sure a trooper! Just 3 wks away from having their 4th baby! 

First day was Knott's Berry Farm! We saw a ton of families from Vegas too! That was super fun to run into them around the park!

Lot's of fun and lot's of line selfies all day! lol

This was the first year with no stroller! I was worried I was going to regret this decision but nope Piper was a trooper! No complaints from her about walking and that's a win for us! We have hit another mile stone! Wahoo! Can't believe how big my babies are getting but sure nice to not have to push a stroller around! lol With that said since Piper was such a big girl she was also such a big girl riding all the rides! As long as she was tall enough she was on that ride! She was even sad when she wasn't tall enough! She is so freakn brave! She loved every ride she went on! 

Cashy boy surprisingly was more nervous to get on the rides and sat our on a few while Piper was running to get to the next ride! lol Penny surprised me too! She has always been my scardy cat and this time she rode everything! yay! No hesitations! She loved all the rides!! Cashy will get there too in time!!! lol

We got out of Knott's before the park opened back up for the Knott's scary Farm! lol No scary for us! lol We all had dinner together! Such an amazing day!!!

Next up was the San Diego Zoo! We pose every year on this same lion statue as you come into the zoo! My kids are getting to big!!!! It's so fun to look back over all the years we have done this trip! Great memories!

The zoo never gets old! We love the animals! The gorillas sure put on a show for us! We sat and watched the gorillas banter and play with each other for at least an hour! lol 

We love just strolling through the zoo eating, laughing, chatting and taking tons of selfies!! lol

Cash found himself a new bestie with Blake! They were inseparable at both park! They had a blast together! Love their little bond! 

Climbing on the giant camel statue is also a pic we have done since coming here 15 yrs ago! lol So fun to look back over the years of this same pic recreated year after year! lol

Shopping at the end and getting a stuffy is also a tradition! My 3 still get excited for that! We ended up with a gorilla, an orangutan, and a bat eared fox! Too cute! 

Penny and Cash met up with Shayla's big kids at the hotel for hot tubbing and card games! Then Sunday we headed back home! Breakfast first! lol Original Pancake House for the win! It hit the spot! So delicious! Then home! Such a wonderful weekend together! Love our traditions together! Can't wait to get back down there next year! 

 

Pumpkin Patch Fun!

Well this was a fun night! We had a staff family pumpkin patch night!!! We all had a blast! These kids played for hours! 

Love working with these ladies! We sure know how to have fun!

 

Home Means Nevada!

Home means Nevada! In 4th grade they study all about Nevada! At the end of the unit they are to do a big project that represents Nevada! Cash wanted to create, design, and print his own shirt for his project!! That's exactly what he did! He sat with daddy and got to  work with all of dad's programs learning how to design and create his art work! Once he created his art work he was ready to print! He then learned hoe to work the DTG machine! He loaded his art work in and prepped his tee's! Ready to print! I took videos of him printing his own tee so he could share it with his display and presentation!  We are all obsessed with how it turned out! Once he printed his tee he wanted to print stickers! So daddy showed him that and printed stickers! All of Cash's inspo came to life! He was so proud and we are too! Love my Cashy boy! 

His shirt was so popular that the whole 4th grade team wanted one! He was so happy to print more!! He printed all theirs so they could wear them on their Nevada Celebration day! Yay!! He also got to wear all his cowboy gear too! He loved that! Yee- Haw! So proud! Mrs. Skelton and the entire 4th grade team wore his shirt proudly and can't wait to wear them for years to come! He had the coolest display! He used Penny's 4th grade project _her blanket she made- as the table cloth! He put his shirt he made in the t-shirt shape frame with extra shirts on the table! He laid out the stickers he made to pass out and the iPad playing the videos of him making his shirt! That iPad was a huge success! Everyone loved seeing him make his shirt! Super cool!

The whole 4th grade put on a show and sang Nevada songs! Then the parents got to tour around the displays! Then it was time for the Cowboy cook off! Yum! Such a fun day! I especially love working at the school on days like this!

He put a lot of thought, planning and effort into his project! It turned out incredible! Way to go son!! Congrats on your Nevada Citizenship award! You crushed it!

 

The Golden Age! Golden Knights!

 Oh what a Knight!!! Thanks to the oh so generous Wells for an amazing Knight together! They invited us out to watch the Golden  Knights game! We hadn't been to a game for at least 3 years! We were definitely excited to go! What a Knight it was! So much laughter, chatter and screaming out! Go Knights Go!!  It was an intense game and we took the WIN in the last 20 sec of the game!!! Incredible! The place was popping! We were all  hyped!! We love our Vegas team! We love the Golden Knights!! Love being on a fun double date with my Honz and the Wells! Thanks again so much for the most awesome Knight ever!

Saturday Fun!

Woke up early to finish  out the season for Cash's Flag Football and Piper's cheer! Saturday was their last game! Cash's team took the WIN! Yay! We may be in  the playoffs but coach is letting us know but Saturday was the last game of regular season ball! He has loved playing on the team and has made so many new friends! Saturday's game was so fun to watch! Go Eagles! Go Cash!

Piper cheered her little heart out in the heat! Why is it still so hot in October! lol This was her last game of the season  and she had a blast! I was the fill in coach and I had blast too! Great cheering Eagles! they took the WIN! Go Eagles Go! Go Piper Go!

After the game we headed out to Eddies to have later lunch and meet yo with my brother and Mav! We loves Eddies and we love our time together! We then kid napped Mav for the rest of the day and weekend! lol Penny has been wanting him to come out and hang with her friends for a while and that's just what he did!

We got Mav on our side of town meeting all Penny's friends and he had a blast! They have always been bff cousins for yrs but they are getting into such a fun age where they are mixing and mingling with each other friends! It's the best! After lunch their first stop was watching the bff's play volleyball! We love supporting friends! Kimber and Addie played so good! They took the WIN and for sure made the  playoffs! Wahoo! Next stop was dropping Penny to work at the school for the WEB spooky hall 6th grade event! She had a blast decorating and planning out the spooky halls! After working at the school I picked up the boys and then picked up Penny and more friends and took them to the church dance! Penny and Mav love going to the church dances but this one wasn't as fun! It was outside and you could barely hear the music! lol So they ditched dance and I took them to in and out! After late dinner more friends arrived and the teens came back to my house and played between my house and Jackie's! Thank you Jackie for always letting the teens come over and play when they get tired of my house! lol Penny was making sure Mav was having an awesome night with all her friends! He fit right in! 

 They played way too late and they were tired getting up to go to church! lol We love that Mav packed his church clothes and came with us to church! Picked up Kimber along the way too! lol Cute Addi spoke in church and we all had to hear it! She did amazing! Love showing our support to the friends in anything they do! Mav hung out all day then Chance came and picked him up! Such a great couple days with Mav! He's such a good boy! Love my nephew! Penny can't wait to have him come out our way and hang again! We love you Mav! So do all the girls on the north west side of town lol! lol

The Beautiful St. George Temple

We love to see the Temple! That is the St George Temple! Stand in Holy places! We did a very quick up and back to St. George to see the Temple! It was so amazing to see the craftsmanship of what they have done to this temple to restore it to its Glory! Felt good to be in the temple with my kids and impress the sweet, loving spirit upon them of our Heavenly Father! Grateful for temples- and the Eternal power they have! Families are Forever! I love my eternal family! We sure loved having Bailey and Luke join us! Then after the walk through we got Wingers for dinner! Then went over to visit with Eryka! It was great to see her and her family! My nephews and niece are growing! Getting so big! Quick little visit on our way out of town but so much fun!

 

Girls Weekend!

While the boys are away.... the girls will play!!! That's right! We sure played hard all weekend long! lol 1st up was the Witches Night out at Pink Desert! Shayla invited me out and man did we have blast! Yummy food! Swag bags! Shopping! and Dancing!!! Such a fun night! Got to meet so many new awesome ladies too! Lots of chatter and laughter!! Any night with bestie Shayla and Jessi Cakes is the best night!!! 

 

Swifty!!!! We went to the Taylor Swift Concert Movie and it was like reliving the live concert all over again!! OMG!! So freakn good! A few wks ago Bestie Shayla bought tickets for me and Penny to go and as it got closer I ended up getting Piper a ticket and telling Bff Jackie to come and getting a ticket for Penny's bff Kimber too! So we made it an all girls night out! Piper was so excited to see her "first concert!" Seriously the best comment of the night! lol Love my sweet little Piper! We got all fancied up in our Swifty outfits and hit the town! lol Well hit Frijoles first then the movie theater! lol We of course had to buy the merch! Taylor swift drink cups and popcorn buckets for the win! lol We danced and sang out hearts out the whole movie! Even Piper singing so loud! Penny of course was as loud as Taylor singing! I think she thought it was her own concert! Totally reliving the live concert! lol The best girls night! I tell ya the boys are away and the girls will play! and we played!! Thanks Swifty's for a fabulous night together! 

We love supporting friends! and especially favorite friends! We got to watch Brigham play in his tournament! This is the 1st time we got to watch him play! He's really good! Starter Pitcher! Had some hits at bat! Won both his games! Way to go Brigham! Go #50! Penny and Kimber sure had fun hanging at the ball field! Another great day! 

We started the weekend off right with a 1/2 day for school! It was Pink out at the middle school for Penny and her friends! When they got out they walked over the freeway bridge with her big group of friends to Splash and Blaze for lunch! I of course had to snap a pic of the girls in their pink and Penny and Brigham matching in their Nike Pink crew necks! Loving that Pink out day! Before I picked Penny up Piper and I had a lunch date together at firehouse! Then got Penny then home to get into costumes for the fall festival! The other pics in the collage are from watching her kids (my favorites) play their sports with bestie Shayla! and Teen Pickle ball night after the fall festival with bff Jackie! And that's a wrap! Wow! What an adventurous busy girls weekend!! We sure know how to have fun!! Non Stop Fun! lol

Bird Hunting!

The Ence Quail Hunt! This is by far my boys favorite trip of the year! The guys trip!! Hunting birds and making memories to last a lifetime! This has been a family tradition for my dad since he was a little boy and has carried the tradition on for years! He is now since passed and the boys keep going! Love it! Love the tradition! Love that my Honz and Cash get to be with all the Ences! The uncles and cousins! Beautiful weather! Tons of hiking! So much good food! and so much talking and laughing! Honz and Cash both came home with so many stories to tell us!! Love it!

Cash finally got to shoot his new 20 gage shotgun he got for his birthday! Honz said he has a good shot and was shooting good! So proud of my Cashy! Daddy teaching him to be a man's man! lol 

Such an amazing group  of guys! Honz thank you for always looking forward to being with my family and taking our boy to learn life skills and experiences with cousins! We sure missed our boys around the house here but they sure had an awesome time bonding! Love the father son bonding times for sure! Another amazing Ence quail hunt in the books!
