Penny's Fun Birthday Weekend!

 Happy 9th Birthday weekend Penny Pie!!! I love spoiling this one! She's so easy to shop for and shop with! Every year I take her to Justice to shop! She got  her backpack, lunchbox, and clothes! We love that store! Well while we were there they asked her to come model at their back to school fashion show which ended up being the day before her birthday! Of course she said yes and had an absolute blast! She got to shop the entire store trying on clothes to pick out and wear for the fashion show! She nailed the runway! She's just so dang cute! Has lots of personality and pizazz! She was working that fashion show! At the end she got to pick out 1 item from her outfit to have! Then of course we shopped some more! lol Such a fun experience! She was meant for the stage! lol!

 After the Justice fashion show I took the kids to a pet store to play with the puppies! They have been begging me to get them a puppy! Yikes! If you know me you know I'm not an animal lover! lol! But it was so fun to see their sweet little faces light up when they would bring in a puppy! This little white one was my fave!! lol

 Then it was her Birthday! She woke up to daddy's famous french toast that she loves and presents!!!!! Piper was excited too and said it was her birthday as well!!! lol! I can't believe she is 9!!! Times is flying by! Penny is the sweetest! She is loving and kind and cares for others! She has the best personality! Her smile, care free  attitude and love for life is contagious! She is an absolute joy to be around and I'm grateful everyday she came to our family! I'm the lucky one to be her mom! She never gives up! She's a hard worker and very determined! She never wants to disappoint me and never breaks any rules! She's happy go lucky with sass! I scored with this one! We love you Penny! We hope you had the best 9th Birthday!

 I Surprised her by taking her to get her nails and toes done! Tips and Dip please! lol She was in heaven! They even matched her toes to her new nails! We were both Loving every minute of it!!! She's just so fun to be around!

For dinner she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese! Hey that's what I love to do on my birthday too! lol! We all had a blast! She ended the night with her bff cousin Emma sleeping over! She had the best day and night! Happy 9th Birthday Penny! We love you so much!!!

Big Girl!!

 Look who's a Big Girl!!! Where did my baby go!!!! It's hitting me hard! My baby is not a baby and we are not having any more babies coming!! The Bierstedt final chapter of babies has come to  an end! Sad but also feeling really good about it! No more baby aisle! lol! We have been busy over here! 1st day in i was like ohhhhhhh how I hate potty training! She went pee every where but in the toilet! lol I prayed all night! Please Piper have a better day tomorrow! lol! I'm too old for this! lol Day 2 came along and it was a perfect day! It's like it clicked and she totally got it and my prayers were answered!! lol Since then she tells me when she needs to go potty and even has been pooping in the big girl potty! Yay! She has been my easiest child to potty train! We have had a few accidents here and there to be expected but dang this baby is a smart one! She totally gets it and she Loves her big girl panties! She's just the cutest! I seriously can't believe no more diapers!!! No more baby things! We sure love you Piper Rae! The perfect final chapter to our family! You're perfect! We are so proud of you and love you so much!!!

Another item of firsts to document!!!!! 1st time with piggy tails!!! She loves them! She was so proud of herself!! I love her sweet little face with these pig tails! She looks even more grown up and totally looks like little Boo from Monsters Inc! I can't stand how cute she is!!! Love you big baby girl! You will always be my baby!!! You make my heart the happiest!

Soaking up the Hot Sun!

We have had so much fun this summer spending time over at my dad's house swimming and bbq-ing! On Saturday Janene's daughter's came into town so we all got together to swim and BBQ! So fun to see all the cousins play! It's been a while since we have seen Ali and lil Em's families! Their kids are  growing up fast! We had a wonderful day catching up and reminiscing about the good ole days! Sure love you all! Hope to see you all again real soon! Travel home safely!

Happy Happy Birthday to My Honz!

Happy birthday to the love of my life! 36 never looked so good! This is the one that makes dreams come true! His team surprised him this year with a Japanese theme decorated office and making tee's with "American Stitch" in Japanese! He was totally blown  away with the Japanese "American Stitch!" It was very clever and thoughtful! If you don't know this about Chad he is part Japanese! His grandma on his dad's side is full Japanese from Japan! So the Japanese culture is very special to him! So to have his company name converted to Japanese was amazing and he was totally taken back by it! Great job team! You nailed his Birthday this year!!! So I snuck Penny down to the store the night before when they were decorating so she could help! She had a blast and felt so special she got to surprise her daddy! All the kids were so excited for daddy's birthday! When they woke up they gave him his presents right away! We took daddy to get donuts for breakfast! Then we rushed to the store before he got there to hurry and get in our Japanese American Stitch shirts and hide! Cash and Piper were so excited for the hiding part! They jumped out of their hiding spots and yelled surprise! Piper was so proud of herself! lol! For dinner we kept the Japanese theme going and went to Ohjah Japanese Steak House!We sure hope your special day was as amazing as you are! I’m the lucky one to have found you! Thank you for making everything possible for me and our sweet little family! We sue Love you the most honz!

Happiest 4th of July!

 We had such a fun adventurous 4th of July weekend up in Cedar! It was great to get up to some cooler weather too!

 We made it to Cedar just in time to catch the parade! The kids loved it! and lunch at the park!

 The fire work display in Parowan was amazing! Phenomenal show! Piper wasn't too sure about them but daddy got her to calm down enjoy them! They were amazing! We had had a wonderful 4th with family!

 The rest of  the long holiday weekend we enjoyed up at Chad's family ranch on Cedar mountain! 

Lots of Riding, Dirt, more riding, and lots more dirt! The kids were non stop having the time of their life! So much fun trail riding and shooting!

 Beautiful scenery, beautiful weather with beautiful people! I would say it was a beautiful weekend!

Their faces were full of dirt with endless smiles! Great memories were made! Thanks for a wonderful time!

River Fun!

My next door neighbors the Facers have an amazing getaway place "the river house!" They spend quite a bit of time down there especially when their children come into town to visit. Well they had visitors and my kids were so excited to see their friends again from spring break so we spontaneously went down to the river and stayed with them for a couple of days! Just me and the kids went that so not me cause I love having my honz with me always but the kids were dying to play with their little friends and it's summer so we went! and boy did we have fun! They have quite the set up down there! Everything you need at your fingertips! Dude even got my kids up on knee boarding! They have never done any water sports before! They loved it! Had a blast! Such a fun little adventure! Can't wait to get back! It's going to be hard to keep me away from "paradise!" Thank you Dude and Sue for a great time! We will definitely be back.... hope you want us too! lol cause you're not going to be able to keep us away lol
