Happy Birthday to Me!

Oh how we love April!!! My birthday month! lol I just celebrated my 43rd birthday! Oh what an amazing fun day I had! So much love all day long! Woke up to the kids so excited it was my birthday! They had wrapped my presents and put them by the fire place just like I do for their birthday's! Piper was the most excited for this! She kept telling me to go to bed so she could put my presents out with out me knowing! lol Oh man did they spoiled me! Ice cream maker! New stanley! 2 necklaces! New shoes! and New perfume! My birthday was off to an amazing start! 

Then it was off to school! Oh did I get spoiled there! So many "happy birthdays" in the hallways! So many surprises and gifts from my co- workers and students! I was feeling all the love that's for sure! Couldn't believe it! They all made me feel so special all day long! My honz even surprised me and showed up to take me to lunch on my quick 30min lunch break! So fun!

Next stop was after school we went to dinner as a family to Geisha house! We love the cook in front of you places! lol Then when we got home Bff Jackie surprised me with my fave treat - choco peanut butter bars! It was an amazing day! I truly felt all the love all day long! Best Birthday!

 

With all the crazy busyness every day my Honz managed to plan a Birthday date night! The bff's all together! T-Bones at the Red Rock for the win! Great food with great people! Thanks for coming out with us last minute to party and celebrate me! We had such a wonderful birthday celebrating night!

Enya's Special Baptism Day!

My sweetest niece Enya had a very special day! She chose to be baptized and become the newest member of the Church of Later Day Saints! We are so proud of her! My little Piper sure looks up to her cousin Enya! Enya, thank you for being such an amazing example to my little Piper! We love you so much! We loved being a part of your very special day! It was a beautiful baptism! Enya even sang the sweetest song with her 5 brothers! It was perfection! 

After her baptism we went to the park for lunch, visiting and play time! It was a wonderful perfect day! Sure love my family so much!

 

It's Fair, Rodeo and Carnival Time!

Logandale Fair here we come!! And so the best fun of our lives begins!! Honz is still the Grand Master! lol He's still on the Clark County Fair board and busy as can be! He has been back and forth for several months getting it all ready to go! The wk before and wk of he was out there everyday! So he set up our trailer and had it all ready for us when we got there on Thursday after school! We the ground running! We love the Logandale Fair! 1st stop Fair food! Yum! 

Next stop! The Rodeo!! We had cute little Addie - Penny's bestie with us all weekend at the fair too! It was so much fun to have her all weekend long! She is such a fun easy going girl! We just love her! and the best part was she had never been to a fair or rodeo! OMG!!! We definitely showed her an amazing time! Non- stop fun! Sun up to Sun down playing!

Rodeo Night 1! Love being with my brothers family too! Such a great tradition! This was our 15th year going to the Logandale fair together!

Met up with our bff Facer's after the Rodeo! They also brought their trailer out and camped right by my brother and I! We played all weekend with them too! Love our times together! 

Day 2: Breakfast at Gpa Jeff's! Honz's dad cooked us an amazing breakfast to start our day!

Always looking our best at the Fair! lol! I love that they still love getting all dressed up in their western wear everyday at the fair!!

Day 2 first stop! The white tent with all the cute shops and games! I love my earring lady! Caught my busy honz for a quick fam photo! We made sure to get one everyday when we saw him! He's a busy man! The grand master doesn't stop! Cousins showed up ready to play! 

Let the fair fun begin! Face Paint! Air brush tattoos! Tinsel extensions in the hair! and of course all the yummy food!

Lounging in the grass under the big trees! It was beautiful weather all weekend long! Shows and games! We are off to an amazing start!

Next stop! The Carnival!!! Cotton Cady! Kettle Popcorn! Slushies! And all the Rides! I of course got a wrist band for the non stop riding fun! I love the Carnival rides! My brother too! We had a blast together!

And did I say more riding! lol We had so much fun riding that Ryan even lost a couple of his temporary teeth out on the sizzler! lol We were on a mission to find them! After searching for a while and praying we can not believe we found them! 2 little teeth amongst all the sand and dirt! It was a blessing they were found! lol  We were not going to let 2 teeth ruin our weekend! lol What a story to tell! I tell ya we make some great memories together! lol This was the year of the lost teeth! lol

More cousins showed up and more riding we did! lol

Rodeo night #2! Gramps came out to watch the Rodeo! The Besties got Henna tattoos! 

Another great Rodeo and then shut the fair down of course! 

We went back over to the carnival once the rodeo was done! lol We love shutting the fair down! lol We ate some more and rode some more! So much fun! Piper and Navy even made it on the Clark County Fair and Rodeo Facebook Page! lol Famous! lol

Day 3: Still rocking and working that western wear! lol

Gpa Jeff made breakfast for us again! We are totally spoiled that he cooks for us every morning! Thank you so much! We love starting our day with you! Oh and My 3 littles made the Review Journal Web sight front cover page! Couldn't believe it! Totally cool! 3 little stars! lol  Famous over here!

More white tent shopping! Piper got tinsel in  her hair this day! More friends showed up to play! 

Ice cream! More amazing fair food! and of course wrist bands again for the carnival rides! Wahoo! I tell ya it's not stop fun and playing all weekend long!

We love wondering through the farm area too! The animals are the best! My kids love it! 

Rodeo night #3!!! Loved it again! We seriously have the best time! Kip even surprised us with fresh baked cinnamon rolls served to us during the Rodeo! We couldn't believe it! Such an amazing surprise!

And you know we shut that place down! Carnival riding after the Rodeo! and finally No lines! It's the best at night! 

Day 4: We packed up and had to head home! Hate when our fun has to come to an end! Honz stayed to keep working! Penny and Cash wanted to stay so bad but we needed to get home to get ready for our week!

We got home regrouped and unpacked! Missed the fair and honz too much that we headed back out to the fair! lol Yep sure did! Got all dressed up yet again! Ate the yummy food one last time! lol The kids started to help take down the fair!

Then Monday and Tuesday Honz continued to take the fair down! Penny went out both days after school to help daddy! I don't know what they like more the actual fair or setting up and taking down the fair! lol They sure love to help daddy! 

Then of course little man must get his own day to help daddy too! So Cash went out after school on Wed to help! Working the fork lifts is always a hit! We sure love our daddy and all the hard work he does to put the fair on! So many hours dedicated to the fair and honz does it with a smile! He loves it! He said he's living his best life and that's all that matters!

The best family...the best friends... perfect weather... amazing food... until next year Clark County Fair and Rodeo! We can't wait!

 

The Happiest Easter!

Happy Easter Everyone!! My 3 favorites woke up to their giant baskets stuffed full with fun surprises! The 3 of them were so hyped! That Easter Bunny sure knows how to spoil them!

Then it was time to get into our Easter Sunday best and head off to church! These 3 completely have my whole heart! Couldn't live life without them! They are mine forever!

Off to church we go! Easter is my most favorite day of the year and not for the baskets and bunny! It is for the true and real meaning which is because of him we too shall live again! He has risen and I know one day I will be able to live again along side my beautiful parents in Heaven! We will all live again thanks to our Loving Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ! This day is very special to me because loosing my mom at such a young age, I have always wanted to see her again and with that I have held onto that my whole life knowing I will see her again. It send chills down my spine! My daddy is with her now and I too will be able to see and live with him again once more. It's truly beautiful! 

My sweet big little Penny was asked to sing a solo on Easter Sunday! Of course she said Yes! She sang a fancy rendition of "I Stand All Amazed." Her singing is  absolutely breath taking and beautiful! She brings the strongest spirit as soon as she opens her mouth and sings her first note! I am always so proud of her! I'm the lucky one she choose me to be her mama! She truly is something special and especially when she sings!!

Had no clue that Cash and Piper both sang in the Primary musical number! They did great too! I had all the feels listening and watching all 3 of my babies be a part of the very special Easter Sunday! 

Easter Sunday Dinner was over at Gma DeeDee's! Of course the yummiest food! But before we headed over there I had my kids do a special Easter egg hunt! Instead of the eggs full of candy and toys these eggs were very special! They were full of info about Jesus! The eggs were numbered 1-12 and you had to find them in the correct order of counting 1 up  to 12. Each egg had a portion of the story of Jesus' last few days living on the earth and then his life coming back to earth! It was really neat and very special! The true meaning of Easter Sunday!

Ok now back to Gma DeeDee's! lol Gma and Auntie Lynne put on the annual Easter Egg hunt! Penny and her cousins (the big girls) got to hide the eggs! Penny loved doing that! The littles sure  had a blast hunting for their specific eggs! 

Cousin time is always the best time! Thank you Gma DeeDee for a wonderful Easter afternoon! We had a beautiful Easter weekend leading into Easter Sunday! He lives!

 

Easter Weekend Fun!

Long Easter weekend here we come! The kids had no school and I had no work so we had the best Friday playing with friends and cousins! Fun in the Sun!

1st time in the pool for the season! Wahoo! We heated the hot tub but not the pool! It was  freezing but the kids don't care at all! They had a blast! Played and played the day away! 

Getting into the Easter spirit! We colored Eggs!!! They had so much fun!

Decorated Egg shaped cookies too! Made yummy snow cones too! They all had the greatest time! Lots of laughter and chatter makes for an amazing day!

We ended our night at the Drive in with my sis Bre's family and my friend Lauren's family! We watched the new Mario! It was so dang cute! Totally incorporated the actual game into the movie! It was awesome! 

Next up! Saturday! Quick trip up and back! We spent the day in Cedar!! 1st stop was the town Easter Egg Hunt! That was a hoot and hit! lol The helicopter drops eggs down! The kids ran wild to get the eggs! So much fun! 

Inside some of the eggs were coupons to eating places and other prizes!  I think Piper found all the free frosty coupons! lol The kids had a blast big and small! 

After the egg hunt cousin Hunter and Olivia got sealed in the temple! Such a loving sealing! Such a beautiful couple! We are so proud of them! Loved being with family on Easter weekend!
