Spring Break Norwegian Cruise 2024!
Here's the crew!! We had the absolute best time with the best people on the best cruise ever! This spring break will go down as the best week of our lives!! Love making memories together!
We set sail on the Norwegian Encore Cruise out of Miami! 1st stop was the Dominican Republic! 2nd stop St. Thomas US Virgin Islands! 3rd stop Tortola British Virgin Islands! 4th stop Bahamas!
After taking over 1,100 pics I narrowed it down to 65 pic collages all arranged in order day by day! So here is the 1st collage!
Day 1: Saturday 3-9-24: Flying to Fort Lauderdale, Florida! Well we started our trip off with a crazy adventure! Woke up early to get my self ready and finalize all the suit cases and our carry ons! Chad noticed out flight was delayed by 3 hrs! So instead of flying out at 8:30 am we were now leaving at 12:30pm! So we decided to get back in bed! After talking to Ryan my brother and watching the South West app we noticed it was now moved up to fly out at 10:30 so we decided to get back up out of bed and get on the road to the airport! This is now 7:30 am. As we leave our community we got an alert our plane was now leaving on time which means it moved back to flying out at 8:30am! Holy moly we are 45 min always from the airport! Omg! We had to fly low to get to the airport! Once arriving we notice that long term parking was full at Terminal 1 so Chad was not going to park at Terminal 3 and shuttle back to Terminal 1! There was no way we were making this flight! ugh! Chad dropped me and the kids off to get checked in and we ran from check in to security to the furthest gate. The kids and I made it! They were already boarding the plane! So we got on but were stressed if Chad was making it! Well he wasn't the only one we were waiting on! The whole rest of our crew were all delayed! Thank fully the pilot waited and we took off as soon as every one got on the plane! What a mess! Ugh! I hate rushing like that! So we were off to quite the morning adventure!

We made it to Fort Lauderdale! Wahoo! We rented a car because our hotel was booked in Miami since that is where we were getting on the ship! We ate at an amazing little Mexican restaurant in Fort Lauderdale!! Then we drove to Miami! Got checked into our hotel which was so beautiful! The Element! Got all settled in then played card games with bff Mel, Sadie and Penny into the late night! lol We even ordered Wendy's from uber eats that took 2 hrs to get!! lol We could not figure out how to get it ordered! We laughed and laughed! Had such a fun night together! Perfect night to kick off our Spring Break adventure!
Day 2: Sunday- Miami! We enjoyed the beautiful Florida for the morning! We went down to South Beach! We shopped and ate at a delicious French Bakery for breakfast! We loved just driving around and looking at the city! We even saw some everglades! Super cool!
Miami adventures!
All aboard!!! We arrived at the Norwegian Port to aboard the ship! We were so excited! We set sail! We sure loved our floating hotel!
First stop the Garden Cafe to begin our eating! lol Non stop food 24 hr every day! Yessss! lol Then we booked out shows for the evenings!
We finally got into our room! This time we did the family suite! It sleeps 5 and it was perfect! We even had a big ocean view window! We loved it! The kids loved the window! I loved the lay out of the room! It was pretty roomy too! We will definitely do this room size in the future! The best part was we roomed right next door to our favorites! The Johnson's! Best wk together! Right next door to each other! Sadly my luggage delivered to our room broken! The wheel was broken on one side and the luggage itself was busted and you could see inside to my clothing! That was such a bummer since we were going to have 2 different flights just to get back home at the end of the week! The cruise ship tried fixing it but that didn't work! Honz ended up duck taping it and that seemed to do the trick!
Next was to explore the ship! Got the kids all registered for their clubs! Kids club and the teen club! My kids were so excited for this and this time they had so many friends that came on this trip to be with all wk inside and outside the kids/teen club to play and hang with! It was a great wk of fun ready to begin!
Enjoying the deck as we sailed away! Deck 17 front of the ship was our stopping grounds! That is where we always met up or found each other through out the wk! It was the perfect spot! It was shady and sunny so it suited all of us!
Our 1st dinner on the ship! We always loved eating at the fancy dinners each night! Great food!
After dinner the littles went to the kids club! The teens ran the ship! lol and we went to the adult comedy show! We had some good laughs! To finish the night we went to the dance club with our bff Facers and the Core Ences! The club is where we finished every night! lol Dj Keith always played the best mix!
Day 3: Monday- Day at Sea! We enjoyed the ship all day long! Deck 17 in the front is where you would always find us! Food all day and most importantly... the ice cream cones all day everyday!

Our wonderful maid made towel animals everyday! I took a pic with the kids each day! The kids loved it! Such a fun surprise to come to our room too!
Dinner time! Cash loved the steak every night and Piper loved the shrimp! Penny would change it up each night but loved the steak as well! The appetizers and dessert were delicious too! After dinner we saw another show! The Piano Guys! It was spectacular! To end the night we hit up the club! lol
Day 4: Tuesday- Dominican Republic! This was our 1st port! We were up early for breakfast so we could get rightt off the ship! We couldn't wait to see what the DR was like! I love these pics of us right off the ship!
The people of the Dominican Republic were so nice! Happy and friendly! We got on a bus that took us to an all inclusive resort! We enjoyed the beautiful beach all day! The white soft powder sand and warm turquoise waters was amazing! All we can eat and drink was all included! We were living the life!
I love the hair braiding! We had the sweetest lady braid the girls hair! This is a must for Piper's hair! We did this on our last cruise and loved it cause I didn't have to worry about doing her hair all wk! lol Yay! Win! Win! Penny got one little braid with beads and she loved it! Braiding hair was a success! So much fun!

This was the best day for all the sales people that come by and show you all the things they are selling or making to sell! We scored on all the shell necklaces for the boys! Anklets for the girls! and beautiful real silver rings for me! You know me I love to shop and especially love a good deal! We were making deals left and right! lol

All you can eat and that's what we did! lol We ate great! The food was freakn bomb! The Resort was beautiful! We had the best day soaking up the sun with our Bff Facers and the Core Ence's!
Headed back to the ship! Love the pic of our group with the ship behind! Great memories were made at the D.R.! Arrived back to the ship to find another cute towel animal made for the kids! An Elephant! So cute!
Got ourselves all cleaned up and ready for dinner! This night Ruthie made reservations for all of us to eat together! Such a wonderful dinner together! Love these people so much! We headed to the Beatles show! It was awesome! Then completed our night at the Club! Dj Keith in the house! lol
Day 5: Wednesday- St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands: Port #2! Up early for breakfast and off the ship we go! We sure loved the Washy Washy guy! We loved the washy washy guy from our last cruise and this cruise had another great guy! He would sings songs to you about washing your hands! lol It's the best! Before long we are all singing his songs around the ship all wk long! lol
This was by far our favorite day! We rented a yellow jeep and toured the island on our own with the Johnsons! Our jeep was brand new and we absolutely loved it! We went to 2 different beautiful look out points and beach hopped to 3 different beaches! Such a fun adventurous day!

Next up - Mountain Top! We saw some of our cruise crew at this look out point which was super fun! At the top they had a huge souvenir shop and the most amazing banana daiquiris! We had never had a banana daiquiri and wow was it incredible! So delicious! These views! Absolutely breath taking! So green and the water so tourquoise!
We stopped at a little super market to get snacks for the beach hopping! Man was it expensive in the market! yikes! lol 1st beach stop- Secret Beach! This was a very quiet calm beach! The water was see through turquoise! This was amazing for snorkeling! The kids loved snorkeling! They saw so many tropical fish! All different colors, shapes and sizes! The sand was white and so soft! The best sea shells were found here too! Piper was having so much fun bringing me all the different shells!

We stopped for some lunch at and amazing pizza place on our way to the next beach!
Sapphire Beach is where we headed next! This beach was popping! It had a resort and shopping backed right up to it! This was definitely the tourist spot to be!
We ended up seeing our cruise crew here too! They had a couple of cabanas rented here! The sand was white and soft and the water was warm and turquoise! It was just packed with tons of people!
The last beach we went to was Lindquist Beach! This is know for their turtles and coral reefs! The kids had a blast snorkeling here too! They saw the turtles here and the beautiful fish in the coral! Piper also found amazing sea shells here too! There also roosters and chickens walking around at this beach! It was a beautiful quiet beach!
Stopped at McDonald's on the way back to return the rental jeep! They had a different menu! lol We all thought that was cool! They did have the same amazing fries and nuggets though! lol Back on the ship to catch the sunset off the top of the ship! We ate dinner at the Cafe! Another cute towel animal for the kids and more ping pong fun for Cashy! Such an amazing wonderful day in St. Thomas!
Day 6: Thursday- Tortola, British Virgin Islands! Port #3! This was our quickest port! We up early to eat breakfast and off the ship! We were the 1st ones off the ship this morning! lol We were real proud of that! lol We caught the red Taxi bus to Cape Cove where we enjoyed the beach all day! This beach had huge waves crashing! So no snorkeling here but lots of body surfing and catching the waves in!
Absolutely stunning beautiful views! I just could not get over the white powder sand and turquoise warm water at every beach! This place had the banana daiquiris and pina coladas! We sipped on those all day long! So freakn good! We were livin the life!
Cash and Honz played non stop in the huge waves! Penny sipped on drinks with me and napped! Piper hunted crabs and sea shells!
I loved the tiki umbrellas at this beach! So cute!
Like I mentioned above this was out shortest day at port! So we were back on the boat by 2pm! We spent the rest of the day on Deck 17 all the way to the front of the ship! Same hang out spot!
Got back to our suite and there was a turtle towel animal! So cute!! Got all ready and this time for dinner we went to the Local to change it up! After dinner we had Crepes for dessert! Yum!
We went to the Wheel of Fortune Game show! Silent Dj Dancing! This is where you wear head phones and go to different parts of the room and the music changes! It was fun! The kids loved it! We put the 2 littles to bed and then the night life began!!!!
The Glow Dance party was up next! This was out on Deck 16 where the pools are! The Teens had an absolute blast! This night they got dressed in their animal onesies and danced! lol Too freakn fun! Then us adults moved the glow dancing into the Club to finish off our night!!! The night life is next level! lol
Day 7: Friday- Day at Sea! WE were back at sea this day! Lost of ship activities! Laying out! Play card games! Riding slides! Jammin to beats pool side and of course eating! Loading up on those ice cream cones! lol

For dinner Ruthie booked us all together to eat! We filled the entire room! We all wore our matching cruise shirts and took our big group pic! Thanks Honz for making the best shirts ever! He printed 3 different t-shirt designs and even a hoodie design! We all loved them all!
Dinner time! Love this cruise crew so much! So much fun we were all here together! It was the best to have all the kids to be able to hang and have fun together all wk! The teens also made several more friends to add to their group of friends they already started with! This trip they will for sure never forget! They also vlogged their entire week! So awesome! After dinner we of course hit the Club up! Danced until we went to bed! lol
Day 8: Saturday- Stirrup Kay, Bahamas! Port #4! This was our last port! The Bahamas! We were up early to eat! This day we had to take a boat over to the island to get dropped off! It's called a tender! That was a fun little adventure! I loved the feeling of the waves!
This island of the Bahamas is owned by the cruise line Norwegian! So it was a private island we went too! It was all inclusive! We enjoyed food and drinks all day! The sand was the whitest here! Omg! The ocean was calm and so turquoise! It was perfect for snorkeling! So many amazing fish and shells to see! Great photo spots too!
It also had the cutest flea market to shop! I had the most fun here! lol Found so many fun treasures here!

More amazing pics from the Bahamas! We had such a wonderful week with our Bff Facers! !st time cruising with them and it was fabulous! Always love being with my brother and fam! We are the core through and through! Wouldn't want to travel with anyone else!
Got back on the ship from the Bahamas! Our last towel animal for the wk was a monkey! The kids loved it! Got ready to eat our last fancy dinner on the ship together! Ryan and Honz showed up to dinner in the same shirt! They didn't even know each other had even packed it le alone wear it on the same night together!! So freakn funny! Had the big boys do their belly pic! lol They did this last cruise too on the last night and it was so funny! We had to recreate it! lol Love my big boys! We were laughing so hard!
Ended our night clubin with our Bff Facers and the Core Ence's! We had to take a few pics in front of our club! lol The teens stayed out and had a blast on their last night too!
Day 9: Sunday- Miami, Florida! So sad to have it all end so fast! Time flies when you're having way too much fun! We had such a wonderful week together! Our last breakfast together before we departed the ship of dreams! :)
Back at the airport! This time we flew out of Miami! Had a lay over in St Louis then to Las Vegas! The flights were great! and my luggage made it to Las Vegas! It was missing another wheel! lol but the duck tape worked! Kept my suit case together! Minus a few wheels is all! lol Piper loved sitting next to Megan and Devin both flights home to help take care of baby Sawyer! They both even took a nap together! Piper was holding him when he fell asleep in her then she fell sleep holding him sleeping! So freakn cute! Love my little mommy!
Sunday was St Patrick's day! So we wore our green all day traveling and when we arrived home the little leprechaun had stopped by while we were gone! He left a gold coin trail to a couple surprises for the kids! They were so excited! The leprechaun usually turns the toilet water green and the milk green but he didn't know when we were getting home so he just left the trail of chocolate coins! lol
My 3 lucky charms! I love them so much! Happy St. Patty's Day! Now back to reality! Man did we enjoy ourselves to the fullest! The best most epic Spring Break adventure ever! How are we ever going to top this trip! We sure love cruising! Thanks Honz for making it all possible for our family! You have created the best life for us!
