Better Late than Never....Annual Easter Egg Hunt!

Due to covid quarantine we had to move back our annual Easter Egg Hunt with Grandma DeeDee and cousins! We had a blast! This year we did it at Jeffery and Melissa's so we could enjoy the pool too! They have nice big yard to hunt eggs too! The kids had a blast swimming and hunting eggs! Piper was just to dang cute getting excited over every egg she would find! Love it! We had a lovely day! Thank you DeeDee for keeping the traditions alive! We love making memories!

Happy 11th Birthday Mav!

 This little Mav has my heart!! Happy 11th Birthday Mav!! We sure do love this boy! We celebrated up in St. George with the Jim Ence cousins!! Such a wonderful time to be with everyone! We don't see them enough! We ate, laughed, swam and ate some more! Perfect day for the perfect Birthday boy! We love you Maverick!

My Happy 40th Quarantine Birthday!

I have officially joined the 40's club!!! Yes it was my 40th Birthday and yes we were all still under quarantine! lol What 40th Birthday to remember! I was the 40th quarantined Birthday Queen! I had the best day! So many surprise visits from family ans friends! They all made my day so special being locked up! Penny even made me cupcakes! My honz surprised me with my favorite Splash drink! My sisters stopped by with donuts! My friends stopped in with plates of homemade treats, more donuts and gifts! Seriously the best day ever!

 My best-est friends and my Honz surprised me by throwing me a quarantined queen 40th Birthday Bash! Oh my goodness did they go all out for this! My honz surprised me with a custom quarantine queen t-shirt, a Huge custom Banner and an amazing cake! Jackie decorated her house from top to bottom in 40 decor! lol Liz and Jackie put on the dinner and more desserts! Liz even set up a splash bar of all the yummy syrups, juices and soda! They had a few couples that were fine breaking out of quarantine to come! We had a blast! Eating, Laughing, Dancing and visiting!

The 40th Birthday partying continued on!! My other amazing friends threw a fun pool party with Cafe rio catered in and amazing homemade deserts! Beautiful weather too! We had a lovelt night!

Panaca Fun!

 Spontaneous and fun! Spur of the moment we headed to Panaca for the day! Panaca is Chad's family house! My brother has  been  dying to get out of town so he was totally down  with the plan! It was a fast trip but so much fun! Weather was rainy and cold but we still had a great time! Swung on swings! Jumped on the tramp! Even climbed on top of the house! lol! The kids had a blast! We watched movies all night and slept on the big couch! We woke up and came home! Such a fun little adventure! We sure do enjoy getting out of the house during this covid quarantine!

Happy Easter!

 It's Easter! Can't believe it!! What a beautiful Easter day it has been! The kids were up early to see it the Easter Bunny found them and as you can see he sure did! Penny kept saying "mom the Easter bunny did so good this year"! lol He sure did! Just look at the jumbo new Easter baskets he brought full of the fun surprises!! Yay! Love it!

 All dressed up and no where to go! lol Normally we head off to church in our best Easter Sunday dress! Well church is now at home due to the dang covid virus! We still get dressed in our Sunday best! We sing primary songs, say scripture and prayer! Chad gets to pass us the Sacrament and we both give a beautiful weekly come follow me lesson to our kids! It's definitely strange but I love being with my family and am so grateful we can bring and feel the spirit in our home each week! Today was more special! We focused on Jesus's Resurrection! Because of him we are an eternal family! Because of him we can live again! Because of him I can see my mom again! So many things I can list off because of him! I'm grateful for my Heavenly Father and Jesus in my life!

 

I do my kids pictures every year for Easter and this year they all wanted to hold their new picture of Jesus! I love these faces so much! They make my heart burst!

Surprise!

The last few Easters it's been our tradition to go to St. George to be with my sister's family and hit up every egg hunt around her town! lol Well do to covid-19 once again all events cancelled and closed! Ugh! We have been so sad! We still wanted to see her sweet little family and our original camping plans got cancelled as well so we drove up to Eryka's just for the day and Surprised her and her family! and come to my surprise my brother was already there visiting! We had such a wonderful time together! Eryka even gave my honz and Cash both a fresh cut (all salons in Vegas closed)! They needed it! lol We couldn't do anything out and about up there either but had such a wonderful time visiting and seeing each other! My sister and family were so surprised and my brother too! lol Piper cried when it was time to go home! lol Love my family so much! What a blessed day!

Easter Fun!

 

 Today we started our day with the world wide 24 hr fast! We need this covid-19 to go away so we can start our small businesses back up again and everyone else in our same situation! We just need life back to normalicy!

 Before the day ended we had tons of fun decorating eggs! If you know me you know I don't do dye messes or really any messes at all! lol So my kids have only died eggs 1 time at my sisters house last year! lol So thankfully we went to Bailey and Reese's (my kids babysitters) house to make a mess there! lol Actually it wasn't that bad at all!The kids did so good and loved it! I was so proud of their creativity! They are just the best! Such a fun new tradition....Dying Eggs! :)

Drive By Easter Basket Drop Off!

 

When your on lock down you get surprise "drive by" visits! lol! My sweetest dad and Janeen took a drive out to my house with Gus to "drive by" and drop my kids a huge Easter basket full of eggs, treats and  peeps! The kids were jumping for joy and absolutly loved it! I especially loved it too! Had no idea they were coming! It made our whole day! We had to snap a couple pics to document how crazy the times are that we visit from a truck 6ft from each other! lol They didn't get out they literally drove up dropped the basket to Penny.... I snapped the pics.... and said Hi- I love you- Thank you- and Bye! Quickest surprise ever! 

We normally have our annual big Easter money egg hunt up at my dad's every year! But with the crazy virus and being quarantined they had to cancel! So sweet of them to come "drive by" and bring my kids an Easter basket surprise! It was so fun!!! Best day ever!

Spring Break Quarantine Style!

 Happy spring break quarantine style! We wear masks when we go out and when  I say go out we go to the grocery store! There's not much we can do but we sure have found the fun in it! Our wonderful neighbors let my kids swim in their pool! Kids stay in their "day jammies" most everyday! lol We took advantage of no one being down at the strip and finally got the "Las Vegas" sign picture taken! lol I have wanted to  do this my whole life but never wanted to wait with all the tourists! lol We did it! Piper had fallen a sleep so she's not in the picture! She'll have to see it when she takes her own family some day! lol Drove the strip at night! It's crazy how there is no one around! My kids loved it! We loved seeing the hotel rooms lit up with Hearts or sayings! All I can say is Wow! Crazy times we are living in! What a spring break to remember! We went no where and really did nothing but had a great week  together! lol

Sand Dune Fun!

 It was a much needed fun trip to get out of this quarantine of the covid-19 virus! lol We headed to the Dunes! We have been on lock down to stay healthy! We felt it was fine because were out doors and stayed in our own zone! lol The kids needed it! lol They had a blast riding around! We got a new little motorcycle working and we couldn't keep Cash and Penny off it! Penny was more cautious riding! Thar's my girl!! I love that she wants to try new things and is always very careful! I was never like that! I never wanted to try anything! Too scared! lol Cash on the other hand! Mr. no fear! lol Cash is a natural! So athletic at anything and everything! He totally killed it on the motorcycle! We can't wait to get out there again! That may have been our last trip for this season! It starts getting to hot with all the gear on! lol We will be back real soon!!

Family Hike!

1st Family Hike!! Those that know me best know I'm not much of a hiker! In fact never want to hike...like ever! lol But we decided to go with our bff neighbors the Deckers.... this being our 1st family hike! It was so much fun!! We hiked down by the Hoover Dam! It was easy going down but a little climb coming out! Not bad at all! I mean any hike is a challenge for me lol but we did it!! It was beautiful weather! We even beat the rain getting us! The kids had a blast! Piper and Penny walked the Decker's dogs! Cash did extra climbing on all the rocks along side our hike! Little Piper got tired of walking half way through so she was our extra added weight hiking back to the car! lol That's the only thing that's hard with the little's! Their little legs get tired! lol Momma's legs were tired too! lol! So proud of us! Fun little family adventure! After hiking we ordered take out- Buffalo Wild Wings and sat in the Hot tub! It was a perfect day!

My 3 Little Lucky Charms!

 

Happy St. Patty's Day!!! Top of the morning to ya! These 3 little lucky charms have my heart for sure!!! It's been an insane day to say the least! No school for a month! Small Businesses shut down for 30 days! Grocery store shelves empty! Dang Coronavirus is out of control! but I couldn't end my day with out posting my 3 little lucky charms! We will get through this rough time knowing it's going to be a bumpy rode to get there! I'll just keep pushing forward and continue being the best momma I know how to be and love these 3 faces to the max!! Praying for all in these crazy times!! May the Luck of the Irish be with you today and always!

Piper's Little Photoshoot!

I'm always just a couple months late getting to her yearly birthday pics! Her birthday being so close to Christmas and New years just goes by so fast I never get her yearly pics done on time!! Well we finally got around to it and here they are! I love this little pistol! lol Piper turned 3 pictures!!!! Yay!!! She's the best little added addition to our family! Our little sassy caboose! She is my sweet and salt and Piper! lol Such a tease!!! She wants to be big like her big sis and bro! She knows what she wants and will most likely get it! lol We love you Piper Rae! You're so dang cute! Perfect in every way!! Time needs to stand still! My baby growing up way too fast!

Daddy Daughter Dance!!

 This night is truly Penny and daddy's favorite night all year long! It's daddy daughter dance night!! Penny knew exactly what she was going to wear and her bestie cousin Emma had the matching dress and jacket to wear too! These 2 little bestie cousins are just the cutest! The best of friends forever!! Fun for the daddy's too! Brothers get to take their daughters out on the double dance date!! The girls had the whole night planned! Dance at the school, pictures with Penny's new Polaroid camera, dinner at my pie pizza and to finish the night yogurtland!! Daddy sure loves getting to spend time with Penny! She's such a fun silly girl! Beautiful inside and out! The 2 just laughed all night!! They have both stolen my heart!!

Gravady FUN!

 

The kids had a fun little birthday party at Gravady on Saturday! They always have so much fun when we go here!! I could barely snap any pics because they were on the go go go!! Doing flips and tricks they had a blast! What a great Saturday morning!

My 3 Little Valentine's!

 Happy Valentine's Day!! These 3 have stolen my heart for sure!! I don't know what life would be with out them!! They make my heart burst!! They woke up to "cupid" leaving them each a few little Valentine surprises! I love surprising them! They are just the best!

 Off to school for all the fun Valentine parties! The kids were so excited to take their friends and teachers their Valentine's!!

On Valentine's evening Chad and I went to the temple! This was our 3rd year going to the temple on Valentines day! No better place than the place where it all began! This Valentine's was even more special! Our very good friends got sealed! What a great night! After the temple we all went to dinner at Maggiano's! Wow that's some good food! lol So much food! It was served family style to us because of our big party! The food never stopped coming out! Sadly I didn't get a pic of us dang it but we had a wonderful night together with our wonderful friends! Cash's Valentine's Performance!

 

Oh my heart! My sweet boy had his Kindergarten Valentine's program! He has been talking about performing for me for weeks and the day finally came! He's such a funny one cause he get so shy when he's up on stage! My Penny pie never shy performing! My Cashy yes! He gets so nervous and you can tell he's really thinkn about the words and actions to get them right! I kept waving and doing silly faces to get him to smile but he was into to his performance! No smiling until the performance was over! lol He did so good! They sang the sweetest songs! What a wonderful Valentine's morning listening to my sweet boy sing the cutest LOVE songs!!! Great job Cashy boy! I sure LOVE you!

Piper's Fun Valentine's Party!

 

Piper couldn't wait to go to her class Valentine's Party! She asked me everyday this wk "is it my party today?" Finally it was her party! She took all her valentine's and had to wear her valentine heart headband! She is just the cutest! She had the best day! Her fun teachers made them a valentine breakfast! Pink Heart Pancakes! Omg the cutest!! She had so much fun giving her valentine's and loved getting valentine's from her friends! My baby is getting to big!

Piper's 1st Dental Appt!

 

This one is so afraid of Dr. offices! Since born she has freaked out getting checked! lol She has gotten way better at Dr. George's but today was her 1st dentist appt! She wasn't sure about Auntie Joanna's mask and loop glasses! We finally got her up in the chair! She got to watch Penny and Cash both get their check ups and cleanings then it was little Piper's turn! She did it and loved it! She has  asked me everyday to go back to Auntie Joanna's and get her "tee" checked! Love it! So proud of my baby! Her teeth are looking good! She's doing great!

Super Bowl Sunday!

Super Bowl Sunday! I love the Super Bowl! Such a fun day! As you can see we were going for the 49ers! What a game! Sad to say we lost but man was it a good game! When it came down to see who was going to play in the big game we quickly had to make shirts! We didn't have any gear for either team so we designed these beauties up! This is my dad's ride or die team! We grew up loving the 49ers! So with that said we were ride or die for the 49ers on Super Bowl Sunday! My bestie neighbor hosted the best party! I made shirts for all! It was so fun! Great food and great company! Such a great day even with the loss!
