Penny! Penny! 21mons!!!

Such a BIG Girl!!! Penny just turned 21mons!!! We can't believe it!! We have been Super busy getting her all ready for her State Competition in the Cinderella Pageant! It's a little more than a month away! So we have been working on Performing!!!! So here are just s few of the Fun things she has been doing.....She loves to Sing...She will SING all day everyday (so sweet)! Loves to Dance and be so Silly!! She Curtsies and says "curtsy" when shes doing it (so funny)! She loves to Twirl and Pose, Pose, Pose!! Saying "CHEEEEEEESE"!!!! When you ask her..."What's your name?"...she says "PENNY" and points right to herself!! (she used to say "NAME" hahaha!) We still have her in Gymnastics and man is she getting good...Her somersaults are Perfect!! :) She loves going every Monday! Her most Favorite toy ever is her Mini Mouse Doll! It comes along with us everywhere!! :) She gets so Excited if she spots Mini Mouse or any of the Disney Princesses while shopping! haha! And at the end of each day before we put her into her bed...she says to us...."Prayer?..Prayer?" and she tries to say her very own Prayer!! Love it!! We have said a Prayer to her before bedtime since she was born and now she knows exactly what to do!! Such a Great feeling as a Parent!! We are so Proud!!!! We love you sweet little P!!

Fair FUN!!!

The Good old Fair Days!! We just got back from camping out at the Clark County Fair in Logandale! As all of you know this is Chad's home town so we don't go a year without going out there! So it's become our fun little tradition! As the years have gone by we have added more family and friends to our tradition! The more the merrier! That's what we love!!!! We love being with our family and friends!! This was the first time my dad came out and he said next year he was bringing his trailer!! Love it!!! My honz gets so Proud showing off his home town! I love him so much for that!! What made this trip to the fair so fun was that is was our first time bringing out our very own trailer and camping right out on the grounds!! The last few years we have stayed in my brother's trailer! It's just so nice having your own space! We got to lay Penny down for a nap each day and regroup for the Rodeo!! So FUN!!! We love our Fair Fun!!

Here are some awesome fun action shots from all the Carnival rides!! This is my favorite part of the Fair!! Penny loved them and really loved it when she could ride right next to her cousins!!! She just loves her boys!!!! So So FUN!!!

Last but not least and definitely the Highlight of the weekend....Ryan and Em put our little Chance in the "Muttin Bustin" Contest! For those of you that don't know what this is...it's a race ages 4-7yrs where they ride a sheep for 6 seconds! They have to hold on tight while the Sheep takes off running Wild!!! They are scored on how long they stay on the Sheep! Hilarious!! This was Chance's 1st time ever doing such a thing and Our 1st time ever watching!!! We were all so Nervous for him!!! but He was so calm and confident that he was going to WIN (without even knowing what to expect)!! WOW!! There were 10 kids in the 1st round! The top 5 got to go to the finals!!!! Well....our little Chance took 1st place!!! What! He stayed on pass the 6 seconds! We were so Excited! Couldn't believe it!! So he got to race in the Championship Finals which was just later that night!! So at his Championship race...the Sheep took off with Chance riding on it and the Sheep flipped over on it's head and Chance still held on!! He was not letting go!! When the Sheep landed on it's back it landed on Chance! We were all worried he was hurt but he got right up and waved to the crowd!! He is so Funny!! What a sport!! He took 2nd in the Finals! but of course we were all so PROUD!!! He's totally #1 to us!!! Especially if that dang Sheep wouldn't have done a somersault trick!! haha!! Love ya Chance!! Can't wait till next years "Muttin Bustin!"

Happy! Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone!! We had our Traditional Easter egg hunt at my dad's!! What a Great day!! We got to my dad's pretty early so we could swim! He had heated the pool to 90degrees! Amazing!! and man do we have some little fish!! We couldn't get the kids out of there!! Especially Penny!! Later that day we had our BIG egg hunt!! My dad and Janeen always put $300 cash divided in the eggs! So this is always the Best FUN hunt ever!! It wasn't our best year to find all the cash! We found $25 total between me and Chas and little Penny found a few with change!! She would get so excited when she'd find one!! She would stop each time and open the egg to see what was in there! So FUN!! We can't wait until next year!! This is one of our most Favorite Traditions!! Thanks dad and Janeen for a Wonderful Day!

Our Last Trip to the Dunes!!

Well if you can believe it we just got back from our last trip to the dunes for this season!! What a Fun and Exciting weekend!! My 2 sisters got to come out this trip which made it Great! We are going to miss these weekends! It's just the best to get away when the getting away isn't very far and your with your Family!! We can't wait until October...and we start it all over again!!!

Our Silly Little Girl is 20mons!

Another month come and gone!! and little Penny is as silly as can be!!! It's been hard trying to catch her in these pics!!! She just goes, goes, goes!!! and when she does stop for a pic she is so dang goofy!! Look at her in these pics! Just cracks us right up!! She loves putting on a show!!! She loves playing dress up! and loves undressing and dressing her "Babies"! Wants to change her babies diaper and feed her just like we do her!! So funny how they learn and pick up so much from you!! She's just our little Parrot too!! She will say anything you say!! She talks and talks! The only time she's quiet is when she's sleeping! haha! She truly is the Best!! So fun to be around!!! Still getting lots of teeth (hurting her too poor thing)! and still hates Nursary unless daddy's in there she's perfectly fine!! I hope she gets over this soon cause I think daddy is getting tired of being in there! haha!! Can't wait to see what next month brings....!!!! We love you sweet P!!

Out at the Dunes!!

So not our best weekend out here!! It was so windy and raining and that's no fun when your sitting around the campfire! Dirt and dust flying everywhere! The fire doesn't know which way to blow so it just swirls and smoke is just going right in your face!! You get my drift!! But I guess when it comes down to it the best times are with family and that's what we were doing!!! We go again in another 2wks so lets cross our fingers for great weather!!!

Ready...Set...Action!!!

We just got home from another Fun and Exciting Dune trip!! These are some of our FUN action shots!! We were like the only ones out there!! That's always the Best!!! My little nephew Chance is getting so Good! He just turned 6yrs!! Nothing scares him!! He rides like the Big Boys (daddy and uncle chad)!!! It's sometimes is scary for us to watch him because he is so little on such a Big quad!! He sure rides fast and furious!!! We are all so Proud!!! Can't wait for another 2wks!!

Penny Pie is 19 mons!!!

Oh! What another fun month we have had with this sweet little Penny in our life!!! She is just full of so much personality and sass!!! We can't believe she is already another month older!!! Such a Happy! Happy Girl....unless you take her to nursery!! Why doesn't she love this fun little place with new friends...singing time...snack time..and learning about Jesus!! Why??? We ask ourselves and everyone we see at church!! haha!!! She is getting a little better and warming up as long as we stay in there with her!! So we just hope and pray that each week she'll get a little more Brave and be able to manage with out us!!! Poor little thing!!! But how can you not just SMILE so BIG when you see this face!!! haha!! For Fun this month she started her very 1st mom and tot Gymnastic Class!!! She love...Love...LOVES this class and so do I!!! It's the best!! We can't wait to see what comes along next month!! Life is so Great!! We love you Penny Pie!!

Chance's 6th Birthday Bash @ the Sand Dunes!!!

Happy 6th Birthday Chance!!! and there's no better way to Celebrate than at the Dunes!!! So as always the Dunes is our get away and this last weekend it was my little nephew Chance's 6th Birthday Bash!! We had so much Fun Celebrating out there! The whole weekend was "his" Birthday weekend! Tons of Present Surprises!! a SpongeBob Piyata filled with his favorite candy and to top the weekend off a Big Birthday Cake!!! We can't believe he's already 6!! WOW! the time flies!!! We had such a Great weekend and he sure did too!!! Happy Birthday Chance!! We love you!!!!

Our Sweet little Valentine!!!

Happy Valentine's!!!! What a fun day!! We surprised Penny with her very own little basket of goody surprises!!! My mom always did this for us when we were little so how could I not do it for my little Penny!! She was so Excited!!! She put it all on!!! So funny!!! Now we are off to go to dinner at our favorite...Macayo's! Yum!!!

Glamis Sand Dunes!

A couple of weekends ago we went to Glamis!!! We go once every year to the Dunes out there!! It's seriously a never ending of dunes! So fun for the boys...to scary for me!!!but little Penny sure loves her rides!!! This pic of her cracks me up with her goggle on! She gets very serious when it's ride time!! haha! as you can see!!! I'm also realizing that i didn't do a very good job of taking very many pics this trip either!! This is all I got!! and you know me I usually take way to many!!! haha! The reason I mention this is because this was our 1st trip in our new Fabulous trailer!! Boy is it Amazing to have your very own space when camping!!! Penny loves her trailer too!!!! So on our next trip which is coming fast I will take pics of our new fun Trailer! We are so Excited!!!!!

Little Miss Busy Body is 18mons!!!

Little Penny has reached 18mons!!!! WOW!!! The time flies by!! She is just as busy as can be!!! There is never a dull moment with our Sweet little Penny!!! She keeps us laughing!! She loves performing!!! Loves the center of attention!! She is just the Best!! This month she has started going to Nursery (at church)...she loves going in but when she realizes her mommy and daddy aren't there oh boy is she a sad sad girl!!! Each week we hope it just gets better cause she still is as scared as can be!!! This really Surprises us cause she is so friendly and loves making new friends but how quickly we have realized she is always with us!! She is just getting so BIG!! She is finally getting some more teeth in!! The ones on top!! You probably can see them in these pics!! So dang cute!!! Just loving those new teeth! It's funny how having those new teeth on top can really change her smile and make her look so big!!! She is just the Joy of our Life!! We love you sweet P!!!!

Happy 97th Birthday Grandma Ence!

Another year has come gone!!! and our Sweet little Grandma Ence is now 97!!! WOW!! Happy 97th Birthday!!! We had a big celebration up in Santa Clara, UT where she lives and all my family!! Grandma is so Amazing!! What a life to live! She just looked so good and was just so happy!! What a trooper!! We love you Grandma!!! We can't wait for your 98th!!!!

Happy New Year 2012!

So for the week between Christmas and New Year's we headed out to the Sand dunes!! This was our 1st trip for the season! The rest of my family and friends have been going out since October so we were so happy and excited to get out there!! and boy did we have a blast! It was so good to just relax and hang!!! Penny loved it too! She kept right up with her little cousins! So fun!! She loved her Ryno rides too!! She kept saying "ry...ry..." wanting and hoping someone would take her on a ride! They sure catch on fast! We just truly had a great time!

Merry! Merry! Christmas 2011!!!

Merry Christmas everyone!! So here's our Wonderful Fun Christmas in one BIG Nutshell!! It was another fun busy holiday!! To kick off the festivities on Friday Christmas eve eve...We went to my Dad & Janeen's for some yummy dinner and present fun for all the grand kids!!

On Christmas Eve! We headed over to Chad's dad and Vicki's new home!! We sat around and ate...and ate...and ate!! We had a great time talking and lauging!...

Then it was off to Nanny Debbie's!! This a tradition to go to Em's mom's house for some amazing food and of course SANTA!!!! Santa comes every year to get us all ready for Christmas morning!! Penny of course wouldn't go near him!! She Screamed out and it wasn't for JOY!! haha! There's always next year!!!

On Christmas morning!! Boy did SANTA find sweet little Penny!!! He spoiled her rotten!!! She was so Surprised of all her New Toys!! She kept "ooooing and ahhhhing"! She has the cutest personality! She is just the BEST!! As soon as she hit the bottom of the stairs she Skipped right on over to all her new Santa toys and jumped on her new 4 wheeler!!! She was just so excited!! Then hopped off that and jumped in her Babies Play Crib with the Baby next to her saying "nigh...nigh!" So Hilarious!! Then she finally realized the Bubblegum Pink Play Kitchen!! Oh my!! Now on to unwrapping presents! She sure has that down! WOW! They learn fast!! She would "ooooh...ahhhh" every time she got the wrapping paper off! Oh! and I got a new purse and Chad got the new 4s Iphone! So We really had the perfect Christmas!!

Now it was time to head to DeeDee's! It's Tradition to have a huge breakfast! The big hit is the Scones!! YUM!! Then it was present time!! Penny opened all of hers and everyone else's!! We couldn't keep her away!!! She Loves Surprises!!! Don't we all!!!

And to end the Amazing day we met up with all my Family at Ryan and Em's! We ate again! Opened more Presents and finished with watching Old Home Videos on the Beta Machine! (that's how old these family videos are...) It's the best to see mom in them! I think this is why we always watch them on Christmas cause we are all together and wish so much that she could be here with us!! So instead of making new ones we watch old ones of her!!! We love you mom and miss you so much...especially around this time of year!!!
So all in all...it was a Fabulous Christmas Nutshell!!! Another Amazing year came and gone so quick!! Can't wait till next year!!!

Sweet Penny is 17mons!!!

Oh my! Oh my! Sweet little Penny is getting so BIG!! She is seriously the Funniest little thing ever!! She just keeps us laughing and smiling everyday!! She is Busy! Busy!! Keeping us on our toes!!! Her personalty is just getting bigger and bigger! She knows just what she wants!! haha! So Happy! Happy!! She loves to Dance, Spin, Twirl, and Pose with a Big Smile!! Oh we just love life with Sweet little Penny!!

Fun! Fun! Christmas Times!!

Christmas this year has been so FUN for us!! Penny loves the Lights...the Christmas tree...the Presents...but not Santa!!!! haha! It's the Craziest because..all of you that know this Little Diva...know that she is not shy!!! She is so Friendly! Loves people!! But when it came to Santa...she said no way!!! I'm not sitting up on his lap..in fact I couldn't even get her off me!! She was clinging and screaming to the top of her lungs!!! Crazy!! So here's the funny part!! If you show her a picture of Santa or read her a book with him in it or just even see him in stores! She loves him!! She even says "Anta!" "Anta!" over and over but when we ask her..."do you want to go see Santa and sit on his lap?..." She shakes her head NO!! Oh she's just the Best!!! Love her little personality!!! So animated!! We love Christmas time and just love little Penny!!!! Can't wait till Christmas morning!!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Zane!!!

On Monday the 12th Eryka's Little Zane turned 2yrs old!! He had a Thomas the Train Birthday Party! He loves loves loves TRAINS!! This is Penny's little bff! They just love each other! They play the Best together!! I just love being with my sister! We love that we have our babies so close together! They will be in the same grade in school too (someday)! Oh so fun!!! Now they just need to move back to Vegas! haha! We love you ZANE!! HAPPY 2nd Birthday!!!

Ps. Yep! I'm pretty sure Penny enjoyed his Birthday Cake more than him!! She wanted to be right down there...in it! So Funny!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Isn't Thanksgiving just the Best time of Year!! We love the Holiday times! We went to see my Grandma and all my family up in Santa Clara, UT! My Grandma is 96yrs old and boy does she still keep up! She'll be 97 in Jan! Every Thanksgiving is our family photo shoot time! So here's just a few of our Fun photos from that day! Enjoy!

Oh! and for some very exciting news my Amazing sister Eryn got excepted to Orthodontic School!! She is off to the University of Oklahoma!!! Go Sooners!! She will graduate from UNLV Dental School in May and then head on out to Oklahoma! She is so the smartest one! We are so Proud of her!! Yeah for Dr. Eryn Ence!

Look who's 16mons!!!

Wow the time really flies! Our sweet little princess is already 16mons!!! She has so much personality! She truly loves life! She just talks up a storm to anything and anyone!! She is just so busy busy!! She definitely keeps us going!! She loves to sing, dance, play dress up, carry her purses, dolls...and the list can go on and on! She is such a girly girl!! and I love it!!!! She says so many words that I can't even believe! It really surprises me how fast they learn and really pick up on things! She will tell you.. She is the "Princess"! Points to herself and everything! (should we be worried...this is a little young...right??? haha!) So all the pics are pics I take through out the month! She loves the camera! When she see me pull it our she starts saying "CHEESE! CHEESE!" and then if I say pose for mommy she knows just what to do! Oh I jut love it and Grandma Penny would just love it too!
