School Christmas Fun!

Never a dull moment at work/school! lol The ms/hs had their Christmas  dress up week and one of the day was dress for a "family photo day"! So Family Christmas cards! lol I was lucky to jump into several family photos! lol We did SPED team family pic! An IA family pic! A 3-5th grade family pic! and a Twin family pic! lol I'm the family member you can get rid of! lol I was in so many groups! lol The feeakn best! We laughed all day! We had so much fun planning what to wear, do and pose! lol 

I was able  to snap  a few pics of Penny with her friends too! They wore Pink for theie friend "family photo!" lol Then on Friday it was battle of the colors! They all wore dark green! Here's the rest of the staff family photos too! 3-5th grade did the classic 90's denim look! lol Soooooo freakn funny! 

 

Along with all the fun dressing up it was our Secret Santa week! I was spoiled rotten by my Secret Santa Tina!!! She knows me so well! It was so much trying to figure out who had me!!! lol She was sneaky and so good at leaving clues! It was a blast! I also have been spoiled by my students too! Earrings! Chap sticks! homemade bracelets! My favorite snacks and treats! Cute notes! Made my day and week! Love my students so much! 

Bulloch Christmas Party!

We love to gather together! It was our annual Bulloch Christmas party! The kids had a blast with their cousins! Chad and I enjoyed chatting and laughing with Aunts and Uncles! We loved seeing and visiting with Grandpa too! Santa came!!!! Yummy food and deserts! Craft making ornaments! and an amazing hot coco bar! Such a wonderful night together! Thanks to all that put on the oh so fun night! Love this family of ours! Merry Christmas!

 

Early Christmas for American Stitch!

Christmas came a little early for American Stitch!!! New Embroidery Machine! It's a beast! It will sew 6 heads at one time! It puts out beautiful work! Wahoo!! So proud of my honz! New equipment is always exciting! My honz works so hard for our little family! I'm so grateful for him and all he does for us! Let us take care of all your custom needs, wants and desires! 

We took a little field trip down to the warehouse to see the new machine in action! So fascinating to watch! Way to go honz! Way to go American Stitch! 

 

Gingerbread House Making!

Let the Christmas festivities begin!!! Our annual Gingerbread House making looked a little different this year!! It was all about the friends!!! Penny had her little friend group over along with Cash and his neighbor  bestie to make Gingerbread Houses!! Such a fun night! Lots of laughter and chatter! 

It's always a fun night when the teens are together! They are a hoot to be around! I just love that they love to hang at my house and be around me! lol Such a great night! Their gingerbread houses turned out great and some were ridiculously funny! lol Love this time of year!! So many fun Christmas things to do!! 

Piper's Singers Company -1st Christmas Performance!

Little Piper had  her 1st Singers Company Christmas performance under the direction of Mrs. Janae! Oh how we love Mrs. Janae! She is the best! So much fun with the girls! She loved getting all dolled up to perform! They performed for the  sweetest grandma's and grandpa's at the Legacy Retirement home! 

Piper did amazing!! She sang loud! She danced! She did her speaking part and solo perfectly!! So proud of my baby! 

Absolutely love watching her perform! Penny loved it too! She misses it and still wants me to become the director!!! Holy Moly! Wouldn't that be so fun!!! :)

Such a fun night!  We can't wait to see you perform again! 2nd performance is this week!! :) So of course more pics to follow! Way to go Piper! You know just how to steal the show! 

 

The Beautiful Lights of Enchant!

Getting a  jump start on our Christmas Adventures!!! Checked off the Beautiful lights of Enchant Christmas! Got to see the best Santa ever! Santa was so sweet to all the kids!  Listened to what they wanted and even added his input! It was the best! Oh how we love Enchant! This is our 3rd year going! One of our favorite Christmas traditions!

This year we went with my Bestie Shayla and her amazing family! Our families mix so well together! Each of the kids have a little Bestie! It makes for an amazing time together! 

The maze was all new!!! It was absolutely stunning! The lights were just so gorgeous! Pictures don't even do it justice! lol

We all had an absolute blast! The kids played through the maze and the lights for hours! 

Loved creating this fun tradition with our besties! After Enchant we went and got dinner together!! We never want the fun to end! Such a beautiful night filled with beautiful lights and beautiful people! Let the Christmas festivities begin! lol

 

The rest of November!

November flew by.... Prob the fastest month this year! Can't believe it! Here's is the rest of our November fun!! Penny had a beautiful New Beginnings YW night! Love the YW leaders for Penny! She is truly blessed to be surrounded by such amazing leaders! The yw presidency reserved the Gilcrease Orchard for this special night! Their inspo was spot on! Daughter of a King! It was such a powerful beautiful evening! Penny was asked to speak and she also sang with all the yw at the end! She did both beautifully! Love my Penny girl so much! She is truly a beautiful daughter of a King! 

Piper lost another tooth! This time it as her front one! Yay! Love my toothless baby! She is growing up too fast! She also wrote the cutest essay on what she is thankful for! Her mom and her bff neighbor Jackie from across the street! lol She even drew a pic of me and Jackie matching in leopard shopping with Piper to get surprises! lol Love her so much! She has the cutest class too! Her friend Elise gave everyone in their class an advent calendar! Piper was so excited for this! lol

My Cashy!!! He finally got his perm! lol He was been asking for one since September and we finally coordinated with my bestie's husband to get it done!! He was so hyped! Curls for the Girls! lol I guess that's what the teens say! lol Cash just laughs! He is super excited about it! We will see how it holds up! This is the first time his hair has had anything done to it!

Fun shopping at DTS with my bestie Shayla! While we  were out shopping we found Cash his new basketball shoes! I love that he's my flashy boy!!! They are straight metallic gold! He's going to be looking fly while he plays hard on the court! Cash Money Let's Gooooooo! lol

 

Black Friday Shopping!!!

My most favorite day of the year!!!! lol Black Friday!!!! Wahoo! I love to shop and especially when its the best deals of the year!!!! I was up early to head out! This was the first year I had a new side kick! Penny!! She wasn't to sure about getting up so early lol but she rolled out of bed and came with me! Wahoo! We went started a t Khols! Then Walmart! Then Target! Then Old Navy! Then another Walmart!  Found amazing deals at every stop! Penny would sleep in the car as I drove to each spot! lol I even pushed her in t he cart as I shopped! lol It was so fun to have her with me! My ride or die! My side kick! My built in best friend! My #1! We were all done with shopping and back home before the rest of my family was even awake! lol That's how we do it over here! Best time ever when I'm hitting deals! lol

Once my family was up and moving we went over to Golf Galaxy and Boot Barn! Of course we found more deals! lol The best day of the year!!! We then went to a movie as a family and saw Trolls 3! It was so good! We have loved all the Trolls movies! Such good music! 

We ended our night on a date night with my Bestie Shayla to celebrate her Birthday! Wahoo! A wild wild west Birthday! lol I love being with these 2! They literally give me life and bring me soo much joy to my heart! We have the best times together! We ate at Lotus of Siam and then got Handel's for dessert! Dinner was so freakn good! The flavors were popping! Nothing but lots of laughs and so much talking! It's never a dull moment when we are together! Happy Birthday Shayla! I'm so glad you were born! Couldn't live life without you! It was the best Black Friday day! :)

 

Happy Thanksgiving in Santa Clara!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! So much to be grateful for! Favorite Cousin Jimmy and his wonderful family stayed at our house the night before! So before heading up to Santa Clara Utah, Honz and Jimmy made a huge breakfast! Hootenanny Pancakes, bacon and fruit for the win! We couldn't stop laughing over the name of the pancakes! Hootenanny! lol They were actually German pancakes and they were delicious!! We absolutely loved being with Honz's family! Thanks for coming to be with us!!! After breakfast we headed up to be with my family! 

Santa Clara here we come!! We made it! Oh how I love my family! We only see each other a few times a year! Love every time we get to be together! The cousins are non stop playing! Love visiting with my daddy's brothers! It's the closest I get to be with my daddy and I just soak it up! I'm so grateful they continue to invite us up for Thanksgiving every year! It's all we know! I  miss my daddy and mommy so much and especially on days like this! I'm so grateful to be surrounded by all my dad's brothers and families! It was a wonderful day together!

Our belly's were full! It was an amazing spread of food!

My people! My family! So grateful for each of them! It was a great day together! 

We ended our wonderful Thanksgiving at my sis Eryka's house! She was hosting all the Monson's and couldn't get away so we came to her! Of course the kids played non stop! Piper loved swinging on the swing doing tricks! lol We love cousin time! Eryka and I just chit chatted and laughed for hours! It was a great night! Love being with them when we can! My heart is full and so were our belly's! :)

 

More Thanksgiving Break Fun!

The fun did not stop all Thanksgiving break week! We met up for dinner  with my brother's family so we could  pick up favorite bestie cousin Mav for hang out and sleep over! Penny got her friends together so they could all hang! The played lots of card games and pickleball! Watched a movie until the night was over! Love when the friends are together! Always such a fun time!

The day before Thanksgiving, Em had the best idea to start a tradition that we get together as our 2 families for lunch! So that's just what we did! Crackle Barrel here we come! My family had never been! Such good food! Worth the long wait to get seated! lol Love being with my family! My people! We always have the best times together! 

For the afternoon Cash had fun time at Mini Grand Prix with his best buddy Sawyer! He is at Sawyer's house non stop! He lives in the community right across the street so it's real nice to zip over on his scooter to hang out! Cash had a blast!!!

For the evening I took the teens bowling! Not everyone could hang out cause it was the night before Thanksgiving and most were out of town or just had family in town and couldn't hang but that's ok! The ones that came had a blast! This was Kimber's first time bowling and she beat us all! Must be that beginners luck! lol After bowling we picked up Brigham and I took them to get ice cream! Such a fun night as always with these teens! I am grateful for my Penny and Cash's choice of amazing good friends they associate themselves with! Keep it up! Having good friends is life! 

 

Ice Skating!

We kicked off our Thanksgiving break at the ice rink! At our school we get the whole wk off! Wahoo! We went on down to the Golden Knights practice arena! Open skate! The  kids had an absolute blast! The skating wore them out! lol Cash kept doing belly slides! Piper used the helper! Penny was pro in my eye! Doing leg lifts and turning! lol Such a fun day with her Besties! 

Highly recommend going here! It's great price which includes rentals and it wasn't very busy! I loved sitting on the bench taking pics and watching them go around and around! Let the break begin! 

 

Sunday Funday!

Sunday Funday! We kicked off our Thanksgiving week and headed out to Logandale to visit Chad's Dad and step mom! Gramps Jeff and Grammy Vicki! Gramps makes up the best food always! Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice! My kids licked down their plates! Yum! We had such a wonderful time catching up! It was so great to see them! We sure love you Gramps and Grammy!

Here's our selfies from church today! Also the cute primary kids sang a thankful song! Piper and Cash did great! Tried snapping a couple pics of them singing! My zoom works pretty dang good considering we were sitting in the very back! lol It's been a very blessed day! Loved being able to go out to Logandale to see Jeff and Vicki!

 

Adventuredome!

Now this was something I did not want to miss! The 8th grade field trip to the Adventuredome! Penny wanted me to chaperone so bad! Of course I want to hang with all the teens all day! Seriously though, I love being with the kid! Her little friend group brings so much joy to  me! I was selected by admin to go on the field trip! Wahoo! I went as a teacher/parent! It was awesome! I love working at my kids school! It has been the best thing I have ever done! Penny got to pick her group and a way we went! The kids all wanted me to stay with them and they all stayed together all day! They were such good kids! Represented our school perfectly! We had a blast!

So let the fun begin!! We rode the rides non stop all day! A few got sick but they were troopers! They would sit out for a couple rides but then get right back in it! lol Good sports!

We played all day! Then loaded into the buses to head back to school! Such a great day together! 

and.... We played All night! lol When we got on the bus they told us our wrist bands lasted all day! My cute fun group  looked at me and said "Mrs. Emylee can we go back down there?" Heck yessssss! We must shut the place down! lol We can't let these wristbands go to waist! lol So we regrouped around 7pm and played until 11pm! lol We yet again rode the rides non stop! lol Had such a fun night! Seriously love these kids like my own!!! I love creating memories for Penny! She won't forget this one! The Adventuredome Adventure! lol When and where is my next adventure with the teens! lol

 

Field Trip Fun and Flag Football Banquette for Cash!

Cash had a fun busy week! It started off with him going on a field trip to the Hoover Dam! This was their first 4th grade field trip! They have been studying all about Nevada! So the field trip to the Hoover Dam was just what the kids needed! Cash was so excited to go since they talked so much about it! He had the best day ever! I sure love Mrs. Skelton texting me selfies all day of her and Cash!!! Such a fun day!

Later  on in the week Cash had his Flag Football Banquette! He had another great night with friends, teammates and coaches! They had a great season! Way to go Cash! Way to go Eagles!!  Now onto Basketball! He made the varsity competitive team! Wahoo! My little athlete!

 

Performing Penny!

Oh how we love when Penny performs!! She is an absolute natural! She's confident on stage! Her voice is just so beautiful! This was her first showcase performance put on by her new vocal coach -Ms. Gifford! Ms. Gifford was Penny's choir teacher at the school the last 2 yrs! This year when school started Ms.  Gifford decided to do private lessons full time! So of course we had to cont the fun with Ms. Gifford! Penny absolutely loves her! Ms. Gifford is so musically talented! We are lucky to have her coach Penny! 

Tonight Penny performed perfectly and incredibly 2 Disney songs!! Her first song was "When will my life begin" from the movie Rapunzel! Her second song was "Part of your world" from The Little Mermaid! On the second song the wifi cut out so that meant that her music cut out towards the end of the song! My talented little Penny continued on as if there was music still going! Right in tune! Pitch perfect! She finished the song a cappella! In fact it was done so well everyone thought that was how it was supposed to be performed! Way to go Penny!!! I her so much! The show must go on! She definitely knows how to own the stage and keep going no matter what! So proud of her! Piper even moved front row to watch big sissy perform! She was so proud too!

 

Blue October Concert!

Blue October Baby!! I sure love my side kick and best friend! We love concerts and this one especially hits our hearts! This is the band that we danced to on our wedding night! 18th Floor Balcony! We usually go to Blue October every time he's in town! We love them that much! They sure did not disappoint this time either! They played at the Brooklyn Bowl down by the link! Such an amazing intimate concert! Standing room only! We got the vip tickets to watch from above the bowl! It was incredible! Blue October is so talented! We danced and sang every song right along with the band! Love it! Love being with my main squeeze too! 

What a freakn night! At the end as we were leaving we heard the band was going to come out at sign autographs! Of course we had to stay to finally meet the band! We have been huge fans and followers for years! almost 16years to be exact! Isn't that crazy! So we quickly jumped in line! We snapped a pic from the line! You can see lead singer Justin rt in between us! Then it was our turn to get meet and get items signed! Honz earlier in the night bought some awesome merch! lol He bought a tee and Blue October playing cards! I love cards! I collect them from all the places we have traveled! We sure loved meeting the band and shaking their hands! I even told lead singer Justin about our "18th floor balcony" first dance song on our wedding night! He absolutely loved that! He also loved my glasses toppers! Those are always a great conversation piece and a hit! lol He signed my box of cards and honz new shirt- "18th floor" with a heart and his signature! What way to end our incredible night! I'm still on a high! We love you Blue October! Always forever fans!

 

Playing in Sand!

Oh how we love to play in the sand!! Here's our first trip to Dumont Dunes for the start of our season! Happy Veteran's day! We enjoyed the long weekend with beautiful weather riding in the dunes!

My littles are besties with their littles! and The Facers came in their new beautiful Rv! Sat around the camp fire watching old videos of our babies as babies! So funny and sad at the same time! Can't believe how fast time goes! So crazy!

Saturday- Day 2! Non stop riding for Cash on  his quad and Piper in her mini razor! Penny took the big razor around for a bit but mostly hung around camp with me! It was a  great day for mama! lol Sat around visiting, playing card games and snacking! lol Went on a couple rides with honz which is always so fun!
