A Quick Trip to Salt Lake!!

So the weekend right before Christmas a very last min adventure...I decided to hop in my sisters car to head up to Salt Lake! They were already going up to go ride the Polar Express! I didn't have tickets but I thought it would be so fun to ride up with all my sisters just for some sister bonding times! Plus Penny could get a chance to play in some Snow, see Temple Square with all the Beautiful lights and get some last min shopping in at the big City Creek Mall! and that's exactly what I did! Penny LOVED the Snow! We both Loved the Christmas lights at Temple Square! Absolutely breath taking! Never seen anything like it! and of course I got my shop on! Such a Fun quick trip! My poor Chad had to stay home because he was so busy at the store! This was his last big weekend to finish those last min items for his customers before he was closed for the Holidays! Thanks honz for making it all possible!

The Fun Polar Express to see Santa!

On Saturday we went out to Boulder City to ride the exciting fun Polar Express Train! Along the ride Santa came out to greet all the kids! It was so Fun to see the Excitement on their sweet little faces! Just priceless! Penny loved getting up on the BIG Train and riding along too! When Santa asked her what she wanted for Christmas she said "all kinds of toys!" The funniest things come out of her mouth! Just love it! We had such a Fun Adventurous day! We loved the Train! A new tradition for us for sure! Can't wait till next year!! 

Christmas Ballet!!

It was Christmas time in Ballet class! So Penny went to her class all dressed up in her best Christmas dance outfit! The whole class was all Christmas themed! She danced to all kinds of Christmas songs! Miss Katie read a cute little story about Raggedy Ann! Penny then got to dress up like Raggedy Ann! So dang cute! This is the last class for the fall session! Penny has had so much fun! Class begins the beginning of Jan and we can't wait! In the mean time I'm sure she will keep singing and dancing around the house! Just love her!!!

Disneyland here we come!!!!

Oh my! What a special surprise we got!! My boss Dr. Griffiths took the whole office to Disneyland for our Christmas Party! Lucky for me...Chad and Penny got to come along too!! Seriously the best Christmas Present ever! We had a Blast!! If you notice the Hoodies we were all matching Dr. G had Chad make them for all to wear while we were at Disneyland! People were stopping us to ask where we got them! Great job Honz!!! 

This was the 1st time Penny has ever been to Disneyland!! It was the most Amazing to see Disneyland through her eyes!! It was so Magical! She had so much FUN! SHe would "ooo and ahhh" over everything! She kept squealing out with so much excitement for all the Characters! She loved all the rides too! Not afraid of anything! That's what made it so perfect!

We played and played all day! We did both parks in one day! Boy were we beat! That was way to much to do in just one day and on a Saturday! It was packed..body to body! So we will definitely be going back and I hope real soon! Little Penny was a trooper! Didn't make a fuss or a whine all day!

We were so Proud! 

So we are pretty sure the highlight of the whole adventure was when she got to see Buzz, Jessie, and Woody! Well 1st off she saw the Jessie Hat in the gift store and had to have it so we had just purchased it and when we walked out of the store there was Buzz! She had to go see him! Once Buzz was done then Jessie came out! She started yelling for the line "All a body hee who!" (yodale hee who!) over and over! As she got closer to her she said "Oh Bulls eye!" and then right before she gave her the biggest hug of her life she said "Ride em Cowgirl Boy!" She was quoting lines from the movie as fast as she could! Talk about a proud, chilling moment! Tears were in our eyes! To Penny here favorite friends came to life! Oh my! So precious! Then we hear that Woody is coming out next so we stayed in line and soon as Penny caught a glimpse of who was walking up she yelled "WOODY!" When it was her turn to see him she ran up to him almost knocking him down and gave him the biggest hug and didn't stop hugging him for what seemed like forever! One of the most priceless moments of our lives! We are truly blessed to have such a Happy, full a Personality Angel!

The Lion King Ballet!!

Another great dance week!! It was the Lion King!! Her favorite! She loves Simba! She got to dance around and sing along to all the Lion King songs!! This is just the cutest little dance class ever! She is just loving it!!! We will see what next week brings......

Sand Duning it up!!!!

So much FUN at the Dunes! Not to many pics this time cause it was pretty windy all day and didn't want to get sand in my new camera!! haha! So in the pic you will see my 3yr old nephew Mav for the 1st time driving the little 4wheeler! He was so Proud! We were too of course!! He did great! So cute! Now it will be a fight of which brother gets to ride the little 4wheeler 1st! :) We will see who wins in a couple of weeks! We will be back out again! We just love the Dune season!

Hawaiian Dress up Ballet!

 

A Really Fun Ballet class today! The story was Lilo and Stitch and they got to dress up like Hawaiian dancers! So Cute! Penny was really shaking it today!!! We just love our Monday morning adventures!!! Until next wk....

A Masquerade Quinceanera!

Yes! You're reading this right! Penny was in her 1st and probably her only Quinceanera! The sweet lady Dulce that watches Penny while I work....her daughter Pam turned 15! So in their culture they get to have a huge party when they turn 15! A very Entertaining and Fun night! Ir was a Masquerade theme! So we were all masked when we arrived! Really Fun! I love dressing up! and so does little Penny! Penny was even in the program! She got to hand Pam her "last doll"! It's a symbolism in their culture of being a "young adult now"! Chad and I just sat back in awe of the whole night! We couldn't believe the amount of money that was spent and the time and prep to put on this Amazing Party! WOW! Just for a 15th Birthday! Penny don't get any ideas! hahaha! Such a memorable night for all!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Such a Wonderful Thanksgiving! We went up to St George, UT to visit my Family! My Grandma will be turning 98yrs in Jan so you just never know what life will bring her so we want to cherish every moment just in case it's the last! Penny just loves her little Grandma! and my little Grandma sure loves her sweet little Penny! So precious! So excited we got to see our Eryn! She flew in from Oklahoma for the weekend! We have loved every moment with her! Sad to see her have to go back!!

We got to visit my momma's grave! This is who little Penny is named after! She kept pointing at her name on the tomb stone...saying "that's my name...me"! She just knew that was her name! I'm so thankful for my momma! She truly was the most amazing person I have ever known! I'm grateful to name my sweet little angel after my mom!! We are so happy we brought her name back! It will be 15yrs on the 29th of this month since she has passed! Can't believe it!! We love YOU momma! You are truly missed everyday!!

And of course if we have Eryn in town then that means photo shoot! So we snapped a few! Enjoy! Another wonderful Thanksgiving! So grateful for Family! We love YOU all!

Santa Clause is Coming to Town!

We were off to see Santa Clause early this year! We went on down to Townsquare! We think he is the Best Santa!  It was really nice seeing him early because there was nobody in line and Santa was so Sweet and really just talked to the kids making them feel so special! Penny still wasn't very sure about him! When he asked her what she want for Christmas she said "Surprises!" So cute! but she wouldn't sit on his lap at all! In fact she wouldn't even get to close unless Daddy or I was holding her! After we left she said "Santa looks like a papa and is nice!" We said of course he is all of that...now why were you so scared! She said "Don't know!" What a silly girl! So we will see the next time she sees Santa if she thinks he's so nice!! I can't wait for the time when she will go right up and sit on his lap and not be scared!!

Little Mouse Ballet!

In ballet class they read about 2 little mice playing in the fall leaves! So Penny got to dress up like little mouse and dance around with leaves! So cute! I must say she was the most precious little mouse! We are just loving ballet class!!

Just Sand Duning it up!

We love our quick get away to the Dunes! Such an amazing time! We had a huge circle of trailers this time!! Our biggest one yet! All the kids play so great together that it's a nice break for us mommies! You can tell Penny loves it out there too! Her face in these pics are to die for!! :) 

Happy Halloween little Bumble Bee!

Such a Fun Halloween! Our Sweet little Penny was a the cutest little Bumble Bee ever! and man did we have a Blast Tricker Treating this year! It's our little tradition to go out to my brother's house and trick or treat with my nephews in their awesome neighborhood! Each year gets better with this little Diva! and Yep she was a Diva! We hadn't even walked 1 house and she was wanting to be pushed in a stroller that we didn't even pack along! So my sister-n-law let us borrow hers! Thank goodness! We kept trying to get her to walk to keep up with her cousins but she would say..."just push me faster daddy!" What a silly girl! Then she would walk up to the door (as long as it wasn't scary or else we have to carry her) with her pumpkin and say..."Trick or Treat!" so sweet! We practiced that all month long! Love it! She's just getting so big! Sad but so Fun to live these moments!

Ballerina Belle Princess Ballet!

It's Ballet time!! This week was Ballerina Belle! They do 2wks of the same Princess! So next Monday will be new! Can't wait! I'm thinking Penny is getting better! It's finally starting to sink in! She so funny because she would rather just sing what the teacher tells her to do than dance! haha! Love it! Never a dull moment over here!!

San Diego Fun 2012!

We just got back from a wonderful weekend in San Diego! We go once a year! It's our little tradition!On Friday we went to the Zoo! That's the top collage of pics! We had blast! Penny just loved all the animals! She kept saying.."come here..I hold you!"...haha! Now some of these animals are Humongous to her! haha! She so cute! Just love her!

 

On Saturday we headed to Sea World! Such an Amazing day! So much fun to see all the shows and all the decorations for Halloween! Penny loved Shamoo and and the Dolphins! When we saw the Penguins she said..."mommy they stinky!" and man were they ever! haha! She has got the best little personality! Such a happy girl! What a fabulous fun weekend!! Can't wait to get back!!

Bonnie Screams Spooky Town!!

Lasr Monday for some Family fun we went out to Bonnie Springs!! We dressed up the littles and headed on out! Penny was a Bumble Bee! Emma was a Ladybug! Benjamin was Spiderman! Sadie was a Cheer Leader and Kru was a Dinosaur! For Halloween they call it "Bonnie Screams"!! We got to take a Spooky Train out to the old Ghost town!! Penny loved riding the choo-choo traim! It was a little to spooky for me! Once we got out there we walked thru a petting zoo where the animals just roamed free! It was so crazy! Then we walked thru a hay maze and a Spooky Barn! So creative and so fun for our littles! And just before we were all done Penny and her cousins got to have a Pony ride! Now this was by far Penny's favorite part! Such a Fun Spooky Family night!



Princess Belle Ballet!

Today we had Ballet and it was Princess Belle dress up!! We are just loving this Ballet class! It is so creative! They read about Belle and then got to dress up like her!! They had a Tea Party, Danced with Books just like Belle! They even got a Rose from the Beast! So cute!! She was loving her Beauty and the Beast Ballet!! We can't wait for next week!



Renaissance Festival Fun!!

While the big boys were away at the annual Ence Hunting trip us mommy's were out at the Renaissance Festival with the kids! This was our first time going to it! WOW! It's a pretty big deal! It's out at the Silver bowl! and It's a quite the Festival...from jousting to sword fighting! It was a very action packed day with great food too! I'm sure this will be our new spot when the boys are away hunting! It's always so fun getting the cousins together!!

Precious Ballet Class!

Penny has started her very 1st Ballet class! So Precious! She just loves it! I love it too! It's so fun! They stretch and get all warmed up! They sing...story time...and then get all dress up! It's everything she loves to do the most!! We can't wait for Monday's to get here!! :)
